Ladie Smith, a 24 year old Cleveland native, is a Christian recording artist with a passion for music. Ladie's life of music began before she can even remember. Music was a gift that was placed in her heart early. Ladie always wanted to sing in the church choirs and was even doing solos at a young age. Most children her age were shy, Ladie was everything but shy. At the age of 14 Ladie accepted the call to music ministry, she came home to share the news with her mom. Her mom’s response was "oh that’s sweet baby." Ladie's mom had no idea how much the entire families life would change from that day forward. Ladie's mom set up for her sing a solo in the choir at church. That was not enough for Ladie though! Ladie knew there was more for her to do in the kingdom of God. All the while Ladie's mom told her she was not ready for a career in music. Ladie, then full of determination met up with her first ever producer and family friend Tiny Biggs. Tiny began setting up a website for Ladie and teaching her to write music. History was beginning itself.

In 2006 Ladie met Caleb AKA Lil C at a talent show and invited him to be in a group that would later be named Ladie Smith & DLC. Shortly after that Ladie linked with one of her greatest friends David aka DaveRo and began molding her baby sister Deleah to be Lil Lady D. In December of that year Ladie Smith & DLC released their album “This Is My War Cry" in Akron Ohio at the John S. Knight Center. It was a huge hit. Ladie smith & DLC began touring the world being the only group with opposite sexes where all members could rap, dance, and sing. They were winning souls for the Lord!

In 2008 Ladie Recruited more Members into the group and became a full production company. They were then renamed Ladie Smith and Company AKA LSC. LSC had singers, dancers, actors and actresses, rappers, and poets. Ladie's mom, who is also her manager, brought in coaches to better their crafts. The group was known to never go on stage without going in to prayer and centering themselves. God put power in this group.

As the years passed a lot of the company members graduated from school and went on to college. So here we are in the year 2013 and Ladie is still living in her calling. Her sophomore album will be releasing early next year. This album, entitled "nameless" shows Ladie's growth and maturity in music and her relationship with God! With catchy titles, hot tracks, and a message like no other, this album is a must have for your car, house and cell phone.
