Great Driving Country song
Must say I am very impressed with this song really great production and catchy driving song great guitar and piano also really drive it along and Larry's vocals suit perfect.Great guitar licks also compliment as do the backing harmonies . I would be happy to play it on my radio show .

Eye Catching
The first thing that caught my eye when I clicked this song was the name! Wow, what a way to entice the listener. Then the piano started playing and my head started bopping and it got my feet tapping. I’ve listened to a lot of your tunes and you have a really unique way of expressing your lyrics and I love it! Your vocals are out of this world too! Keep on rocking!

Horsepower is a strictly country piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in country style and even the singer has a country voice as I said everything recalls the country genre. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a country piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job

Great intro riff, the keyboards are a good touch too. Chris Ledoux was a true artist and this tune represents him will. I"m a big fan and I really like this lyric and the hard guitar approach. Nice mix and arrangement and the drums have a lot of energy. The guitar solo and musical accents are all very, very good. Well done all the way around. Man, I love your band. You can tell they are studio veterans from the opening downbeat. You have to be on the radio in Australia. If your not, you should be. Every song I've heard of your's on N1M has just been off the charts. Solid vocals, out front where they belong. OK, you did'nt write this but it's a SOLID cover for sure. GREAT job all the way around.

Hi again Larry. Super, super, SUPER Right off the bat, there is a built in anticipation of what is to come; and it delivered the juice. :) Very well put together instrumentals. I liked the partial instrumental breaks in between some of the phrases; for breathing room. lol They almost create a "slingshot effect" into the rest of the thought. Very cool. Blessings, Trev

Driving Country Rock!!
Larry Cann certainly rides hard with this track. The inclusion of Adam Brand adds a new level of excitement and it had me hooked from the first moment. I great country rock track that has all of the elements to be something special in the Australian country music market. Well done Larry!!

Toe Tapping
What a tune, great tempo and production from the outset.. Really like the vocals and overall sound, immediately transported in my mind to some sort of beer soaked saloon.. Vocals fab, guitar fab, piano accompaniment fab. Really like this tune, could find myself listening to this all day. Makes me want to seek out the original, but it would have to be some effort to top this!

good cover of an old song great instrumentals and driving set of drums and upbeat tune with great guitar licks vocals are right on time and harmony is good linding to an over all great driving sound, bass licks do a great job of keeping this piece together for the entire song. I recommend you take a listen to this tune the baqnd and artist have created a really good cover with this preformance. It is worth taking the time to take a second look at an old song. great job guys.

Great Country Song
Great recording and concept. Great backups - keys sound great. I like how it's a more of a piano sound at the top, but more organ in other spots. Great mix. A little cheesy lyrically for my taste, but I can see this being very popular with the general public and casual country music listener. Love how sparingly the electric lead is used but a very tasteful lead, just the right amount. Nice work

Great Cover
This is a great cover of Chris LeDoux Song 'Horsepower'. It has a tad more drive than the original song, but overall it's quite similar. Very nice arrangement, great playing and singing, top production. Four stars because the song is simply covered. I like covers more when they sound a bit more different from the original, when there is some added value.
