About Larry LaRue

North Florida based singer songwriter, (expired link). LaRue (Lawrence Paul LaRue) grew up listening to country, rock, and oldies. After assembling a somewhat of a primitive home studio, (expired link). LaRue began writing songs based on favorite artists he listened to growing up until he found his niche in classic folk/country with various element of other genres intertwined within. After a 3 month stint with a folk trio (Freemont and Coates), he began to work on a solo album called Etymology that was written and recorded over three years in his bedroom/studio.
Currently (expired link) is promoting his first solo album and in the writing process of a follow up album.
