I think that this song is quiet and inspirating, your voice remembers Lionel Richie and Ub40 too, so there's a positive mix between pop and busy music. A god job, with a mix of various cultures.

Nice soft ballard music........would classify it a country style ballard, because the music take you to a relaxed back home. Need to hear your backup ,turned them up. Nice writing and story told in the song. Use sax to change over to another part of the song, iam sure that sound is on the keyboard. Very good melody.

Reminiscing of the early days of singer/songwriter genre this song takes me back to those days With a country flavor. The Genre as made a come back in a big way and this track falls in line with that come back with simple acoustic guitar with an easy listening vocal style. Not sure how strong the hook is or vocal delivery but it does get a pass for strong effort good job!

Está bien esta canción, un tanto melancólica. La voz me recuerda a un cantante catalán muy conocido Albert Pla, pero solo la voz, el estilo es bien distinto. La canción está interpretada de manera muy suave, se hace un poco aburrida pero es bonita. Las voces a pesar que la principal no sea una voz muy afinada, están bien, sobre todo los coros. The music is nice I like the arrangement and the song is written well as well. I think that the mix could be better and that it better mix would help with the vocals. The vocals are not bad but can be touched up. The song has a relaxing old school feel to it or old soul feel to it. Good job with the background vocalist as well. Keep working on your craft singing and writing you got something going.

This song sounds lovely. Mixed really well- with the piano and the guitar tones working beautifully together. Simple and sweet with the main vocal, and then the harmonies coming in filling the song, gorgeous. Must be at leat a three part harmony in there, nicely done!

Hi Lars, thankx for the review request. I must say that this is a very mellow and feel good song. The minimal instrumentation shows that it is not always necessary to have all the bells and whistles in a song to make it work. The nicely blended guitar picking works like a bomb all the way through the song and does not need to do any more than that.The harmonies are also nicely interspersed and carry the song very well. The vocals are also nicely pitched and keep a steady, even tempo, with really good voice timbre and phrasing throughout. I also liked the ending of the song, it gives a very cool and and slightly off centre vibe, it really announces the end of the song. This is such an honest piece... The sincerity translates. I like the open acoustic vibes of it. The production can be improved... I would re-visit the Lead Vocals and bring this to it's full potential. It would be worth the revisit and relax and concentrate on phrasing and pitch :-) Enjoyable to listen to. Thx for sharing :-)
