I love the song I love the feel of the song and the musical composition. It was put together well the overall feel and movement of this song are in pockets in other words the Cadence of the song Matches. The only critique I would give for this particular song would be that in the beginning of the song I really could not make out the words that were being said only know that I like the melody and the vocal quality of the artist singing it as well as the musical composition so pat yourself on the back this is a beautiful song!

I myself, via 40 some years of experience in the fields, on the road, in the studio, radio, TV, video, and management, consider myself to be a seasoned musician, singer, song writer, studio-sound tech/engineer/ owner/operator, stage manager, find it sometimes hard/difficult and perhaps not even fair to sit in a seat, voicing My Opinion concerning another's creative efforts. Especially in certain genres of music I am not all that familiar with concerning very important elements that make up and meet the required standards to justify the various levels of ratings and grades. So, in saying ALL that, I will limit myself to MY Opinion concerning the quality of the work according to My ears, and the standards I have been familiarized with thru-out the years. I hold to the old - saying " Beauty Is In The EAR of The Beholder ... LOL. The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the soft guitar work. Think about a solo break to step away from vocals for a short period. Vocals are smooth, sort of - down to earth as they say, and extremely peaceful. I would back the reverb off the vocals just a little for more natural sound.The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way. Either way, I say to you, keep doing what you do, keep kicking and enjoying what you do. I tell folks all the time for many years. When it stops being FUN, then it's time to stop, and stand back and think about what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we are doing it, what we and others are getting out it. An honest A for Originality and Performance !!! :-) Sometimes less IS more... Nice job...The lyrics are straight from the Soul... Two positive critiques: Would love to have heard this go to a bridge section and bring listeners to yet another place within this song. The need for attention to production and MASTERING is the only other thing needed to bring this up to an otherwise very nicely executed original song. Thanks for sharing your Music :-)

Hello, Thank you for contacting me. What a lovely calming voice you have with a hint of a raspy sound. Very smooth song - can sit and chill in front of a fire to listen. Your introduction was a bit to soft coming in - try to raise the volume gradually as you was to bring your listeners in. The melody of the song brings back memories, very nostalgic. You can also try a bit of adlib on the moments when there is no voice part or after the chorus/ background singers . Also, try some echo sound or reverb with a bit of a fade to it at the end of the word "Babe" as you finish the song. I did notice you used some violin string in this song in the middle … bring that sound to you ending as well so capturing . Love it great work here Lars Christian.
