Flavor of The Mid-West
The sound:
• Hip-hop, soul, gospel, conscious rap, intricate lyricism.
• Modern fusion melting pot of everything that is hip hop. With heavy influence toward “hippie” values that paint pictures of this duo’s testimony to the true modern day odyssey.
• Intricate lyricism with a splash of gospel inspiration is used to express the rebellious spirit that is devoted to making music for the people.

The project “#SomethingEP” is a testimony to the true modern day odyssey put together by two young men and a small promotion team.

What is the modern day odyssey you ask?

The odyssey is full of rebellious thinkers who are contributing to their own culture; in Zack and Jay’s case their anti-radio culture. Music for the people.
