The lyrical content is strong and very well articulated. It's a welcome encounter to listen to someone who has taken the time to hone their craft. It's definitely moving and has great energy. It's a pleasant and entrancing song title with well crafted background harmonies. Strong lead vocals and very sound accompaniment. Overall good audio quality and content. Congratulations to all on a job well done. Objectively, the RAP diminished the entire effort as it shifted the entire content in a different context. A unique sound just drifted into another realm where everyone sounds the same. An instrumental solo could have worked wonders in the spot where the RAP ruined it! It's not a drawback to display your musical prowess as often as possible as good vocals and good music are a superb combination.

Nice little track that moves along and keeps you interested, has that late 90’s soul feel about it. Nice easy going vibe, nothing too fussy. The ladies voice is strong, with a nice melodic tone, would like to hear her other songs. The rap gives it a little variation and gets you wanting to have another listen to the whole song again. I like this song..it needs to one of the main messages that we here on a regular basis..This song has that ol school feel in which u have to be a fan of that era to really appreciate.. But just when u about to settle in to the chorus"keep it 100" it bust out into the rap ,bringing it current and adding a whole dimension to the song...Good job!!!

I like this song, very smooth track and the lyrics are very clear and simple. The hook is catchy and embodies a universal theme (Keep it One hundred) Something that most of the population can relate to either from a personal perspective or just watching others. I would have liked t hear a bridge on this song or at least a climax in vocals the vocalist kept restrained but I could hear that she have some more power in her chords. The rap is solid and the song stays true to its message.
