Hey gang I know it's been a while but I promise things have been moving. This has been one hel km of a year and it slowed things down a bit, but we are still moving forward. We are putting together a new album and renovating a new work area so please be patient and stay tuned. God bless, stay safe and well.

Hey guys I know it's been way too long since I have been in touch and you do deserve better. Well I share this with you not for sympathy, but for a better understanding as to what have kept me away from you and the music. While I have been working it's been slow because of serious illness to myself and the love of my life. She has been diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer and I just got the news that I'm facing a battle with Lymphoma. The medial bills have been piling and slowing the progress but I promise you it won't stop the work. so please keep us in your prayers and stay tuned there is life coming at you in my music and I hope it will be for you what it has been for me during this trying time. God bless and keep the faith

Hi Family
I know it has been some time since my last message. It has been a very long and difficult year so far. My initial dream was to release new material every six months. But negative forces have wormed their way into the mix. My Queen My muse is in the battle for her life and it has thrown my whole world upside down. But as devastated as I am I assure you that My eyes are still on the prize and will be back at work making music soon. I thank you for hanging in there with me and hope you continue to do so during this trying time. I promise I'll be back on the road to the vision and mission soon. Ill be uploading more music in the coming days and hope if you haven't already done so you look for the Album Tears and songs for perches, as well as my pod cast The Mike Is Live on You tube. Thanks again for the support and stay tuned the best is yet to come.

New Projects Coming this Year from The Hit Factory

Hows everyone doing. I know it's been time since I reached out to you. I've been real busy in the studio getting ready to bring you even more hits from the hit factory. It's been a long exhausting journey 2016 has taken so many loved ones and it has been a challenge to our creative spirit. It is with your love and encouragement that we were able to over come the losses and reach down with in and reconnect with our creative muse. We have over come the sadness and pain to find the message in the life we have just experienced and have now manifested it into the sweet sounds of music. The next Album "Rebel" due out this summer is a testament to that fighting spirit within me and in us all in time like this. but before The release of Rebel I will be dropping my blues single entitled "Bad Pussy" a song abut a poor unfortunate dude that has to live with a mean old woman and her unmanageable cat, but like all blues it has a duel meaning LOL. I'm so pleased to look at the charts to see that you guys are keeping me in the top 100 and even at #1 for the week in the US. I just want to thank you all so much for the love and support and hope that the new blues single and R&B album lives up to the expectations. Thanks again god bless and remember to keep indi music alive and thriving.

Now more than ever the hands of god need to reach out and wipe away a tear. Rouge cops. irresponsible selfish people, guns, drugs, mother less and fathers less children, as things change they remain the same now more than ever the tears of life flow like a river.

Good day Family, We have been working so hard in the hit factory here at LEE & SONS PRODUCTIONS trying desperately to meet our goals and your expectations. There are a few more song to prepare but we are all the more closer to finishing the next project. We ask that you be a little more patient with the process, because we pride ourselves in bringing you nothing but quality. Due to the actions of some, we were hit with some financial setbacks. It was quite a low blow. I only share this news to encourage any of you out there inspired by our journey to never give up or give in to the negative forces trying to hold back the light. Let it shine soldiers of love for we are the hands and feet of God and it is through us that his/ her will is done. I was a little depressed when things went south, but I saw a video by master musician Herbie Hancock. He described a situation where he played the wrong cord while playing behind the great Miles Davis, and how Miles never missed a beat, Mr. Davis just played through his solo making the wrong cord right with the notes of his solo. So too I am determined to not let the evil forces stop my progress but I'll play on, making their evil deeds work in my favor, in essence making their wrong cord of life right by using it to propel me forward in a positive direction. So too I urge you my fellow warriors of love and beauty keep working, listening, and producing, and remember music is life put to sound. So live and produce the love and light that connects us all in universal harmony.

Imagine my surprise to wake to an Email stating I'm at the top of the charts I wrote a message from the hart and you my lovely family responded thanks again for all of the love and support you have given me this past year. #Trulyblessed

We create the art but it's your influence and love that drives it. So many times as I sit in the studio I wounder is it worth it, will it mean something to anyone other than myself? Your letters and messages have answered that question a thousand times over. Thank you all for the love and inspiration you send me on a daily bases. You the fans and the listeners are the reason we the artist have purpose. My hart aches with pride every time I hear the stories you tell of how a song or a creation of mine got you through your day or a difficult time. We as a family are faced with many of challenges, especially those of us who see the world and the human family for what it could be and ask, Why NOT? ours is the difficult task to live each day with purpose, and face each challenge without allowing the bitterness or negative influences, to permeate the purity of our souls. So I say to you agents of love and light, keep your heads up and the good fight going, and one day we will all have a song to sing in one unified voice, where unity is the chorus and love is the bridge.
