One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song there's so much going on in the beginning I get the feeling I'm lost. Then I realize that the title is "GHOST" and the eerie vocals now make it all come together. Overall, I'm not a fan of this song from a listener perspective. However, from an artistic and musical production standpoint - this is genius!

Experimental ok, but this is categorized as pop. People who like pop would not like this recording. Monotone,spherical sound surfaces. The song starts with a thin computer generated synthie. The thin sound is made up with a big reverb. What is interesting in this recording? Well, the only use I can imagine is a background track in a science fiction movie where aliens take a rest. Or a horror movie with resting ghosts in a dark wood - what the song title suggests. This is not pop, this is background music.Nice try, go for a next round.

Ok..this sounds a bit messy and strange.. Can't really figure out the meaning of the track.. But yes.. it could fit right into a ghost movie or somewhere when you ate too many mushrooms. Not my favourite..I hope to hear something that sounds a bit like a song from Lina Simon

Heard the beginning and thought there was going to be a beat drop but it never happened. As songs go, this doesn't qualify as a song, more of an intro. It's interesting, the vocal fits the weird mood of the track. I think it would be kind of fun to have a powerful beat anchoring it!

So if you're a musician it might have happened to you that you wake up in the middle of the night wondering how am I going to put out a song per week. I'm about to lose all my fans. You can't help but notice the storm has blown open all the windows the pots and pans are banging around down stairs oops I did it again the storm rages on as it smashes a window. Did you forget to put the dishes away? Crash they go to the floor. Wait there is somebody singing could it really be Nina? No it's Lina! and the song is just long enough for a commercial release yea!

Maybe it can fit in an experimental genre, but I couldn't make a positive comment on this song. I can't see any artistica value at all, no structure, no harmonies, just random notes all over the track. As I said, this is not Pop. If listed as alternative/experimental, perhaps there is something to say about it.

Hi Lina - I like the sounds that you used and the vibe of the track, but the production could be more organized by developing the vocal melody further and EQ'ing the backing track to make it sound like it's more a part of your dark, mysterious vocals...this would make a great horror/drama film scene song or score with that in mind - if you are wanting to make this into a pop song, then a definite reworking of the arrangement and vocal melody is a good place to start...at minimum you might want a verse/chorus form, or even a verse/refrain form with no chorus, making each section stand out with specific instrumentation, melody, and words...keep writing songs and stay true to who you are as an artist and the vision of your sound!

Very atmospheric and it it suits the title. Great as a concept but unfortunately not likely to sell in any greta numbers but it is this sort of music that push the barriers forward. Not my cup of tea but well done!
