About Links

Links has been through it all and has seen it all. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany, and grew up in cities all over
The United States. He was a foster child in his early years. He grew up learning to adapt to different downs and
finding new friends everywhere he went. Part of how he chose the name “LINKS” is because he's the only
connection 'LINK-ing' them up together, although, it’s hard to ‘link’ him to one place. “Well I mean, I’ve always been
a hyperactive kid running around on Ritalin, but I channeled my anxiety/aggression through Sports, Music and
Arts.” - LINKS

He served in the Air Force from September 2007-May 2011 and has currently graduated his Bachelor Degree in
Recording Arts on October 31, 2014, and is now pursuing his Master’s Degree in Entertainment Business at Full
Sail University. With music being his main passion, LINKS has been inspired by artists like; The Great Marvin
Gaye, Lil Wayne,(expired link)., LL Cool J, & The Notorious (expired link). He’s influenced by many different genres, but the ones
which have influenced him the most would have to be Jazz, Hip Hop, Pop, Blues and Rap. He is a mixture of
sounds and really just loves great music when he hears it.
It’s now his time to morph into the great music artist that he knows he is. In 2018, LINKS will be releasing his latest
album “The Struggle Is Over”. He is the result of hard work and the mainstream in need of an artist like himself. “I
have the confidence of a model, the heart of a lion, the head of a mascot and the fans are what keep me going. So
keep bringing the love and support!” - LINKS
‘The Struggle Is Over’ ((expired link).), is LINKS’‘transition project between his last album and his next album. “ I want to
educate, open minds, and share my experiences...The reason why I put my lifestyle into my music is because I
want to be a voice for those who don’t have one... People don’t realize that whatever you put into your body, you
digest it, then it comes out. That saying does not only pertain to food, but also music, media, negative people,
avoidable circumstances, and the list could go on.” - LINKS
Gifting the world with ‘STEPS’, the first release off his long awaited new album (expired link)., LINKS is trying to pass the
word forward, advising those who are lost or unsure about what their next step should be to always have a plan.
With a progressive trap beat, braced with LINKS’ genius lines and unique voice, ‘STEPS’ is in part quoting
Benjamin Franklin: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. A recurring theme in this album, cultivating growth and
celebrating the process to success.
