Hi my name is Nikolai A Brathwaite, I was born in the year 1972. My dad was alway performing locally and always encouraged me to get up and sing but at that stage of my life music was far away from me as the stars are from the earth. Today all that has changed as I just couldn't find enough time in a day to do more. I started singing professionally at the age of 22 and was since travelling around the world on cruise liners ... Today I am settle in the UK with my beautiful family in beautiful Cornwall ... I am writing a lot more after a long break away from the live circuit. I am a Singer songwriter with the tone of my two favourite artists BabyFace and Stevie Wonder.. They have been the two most influential icons in my growing up years along with Al Green and Pebo Brryson.. I am a bit of old school with current influences.. Music is always evolving and as musicians we need to keep with the constant changes. To be continued....
