About Louisiana Kaye

Since i knew words could rhyme music has been my passion. Raised in Winnfield La, i fell in love with music at a young age. Listening to Betty Wright & Denise Lasalle with my grandmother lead me to be an early 90's lil rap diva. I was influenced by Trina, Mary J, Ghetto Twins, XScape, Mia X, Monica, and more!! Entering talent shows & school music events gave me my own style. After i graduated high school, i moved to Houston TX "Home of the Screw" just for my love for Southern Music. I then became "Louisiana Kaye" to signify WHO I AM. Texas never challenged me, it always gave me room for growth in the music industry. Allowing me to meet & work with top execs, music producers, promoters, & radio staff. I've done hostimg, promoting, entertaining, & more...but music will always be what moves me.
