Low Lay Logic, was not always Low Lay Logic. In fact it wasn't Low Lay Logic AT ALL!
Early Life:
Johannes broch-Due, Morten Strand, and Olav Olseng were in a schoolproject called "The Rock Garage". At that time, we knew three chords each, but it was enough for playing "Rape Me" by Nirvana, for all the student's parents.
The High School period and The Waffles:
In Junior High, The Waffles was formed. The group consisted of Morten Strand (guitar), Pelle Bamle (Bass), and Olav Olseng (Drums). The Waffles was primarily an instrumental band (a band of instruments), but Petter Lillehagen appeard on vocals occasionally. Pelle - mainly known for being a talented cross country skier, managed somehow to direct and canalise his energy towards his Electric Bass Guitar. This Band was clearly influenced by the High School Punk Rock, which functioned as a soundtrack to their early youth. Bands such as Blink 182, Zum 41 and Greenday, were the favourites.
The Low Lay Logic Era:
When Junior High ended, and the great depression came to Mortens Family, he seeked meaning and steadiness in his life, by summoning four of us. We were Morten Strand on guitar, Pell
