We, the representatives of Lua d'Oiro, would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts the support our fans have given us even though they know the band does not exist anymore. All those loving messages and asking us to buy our music has really moved us and was totally unexpected. Just to say that our former guitar player and mentor published a book, labeled for children but, using his own words « for people age 7 to 77», for the moment only available in Portuguese, called «O Natal do Avô Carlos» (in english: Christmas at grandpa Carlos». Dear fans and subscribers,
The only purpose of this sharing of Lua d'Oiro's music was exactly to share new musical ideas. The band does not exist anymore. Our guitar man and composer had a stroke and had his left side paralised. He can't play anymore. He is a teacher and a writer now. His life has changed dramatically, but his creative skills still endure. Even when his brain almost drowned in his own blood, his creative abilities managed to stay on surface.
