hey, There!! I hope you're doing well :) Now, go get your coffee mug, ´cause I'm telling a little story here. I recorded this track in 2006, when I was practically a baby... hahahaha We were doing a gig at a very famous house in Sao Paulo, and there were about a thousand people on the audience. This band of mine was famous for doing everything our own way, we never reaharsed, or anything, we just agreed on the songs we would play for our set, confirm some details right before the show and that was it. On this particular date, we decide to record our perfomance, just because... So we had a microfone directed to the audience and the sound table plugged to a very old pc on the other end. So we started the show, this was one of the last songs and we were all really tired, but having such a great time, as i was singing, I looked back and saw the drummer was standing, and dancing along the bass guy as they played their funky groove. We were making music, we were creating, we were thrilled and it shows! I made a little slide show in 2007 and posted this to youtube, it became one of the first youtube Brazil videos to reach a million views, it got me unbelievable gigs around the country, including Rock In Rio and several tv shows. And I'm excited to tell you all that now, this track has just got me a record deal!! I love this rendition so much that i decided to share it with you guys and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
