Dear Senator Joe Biden . I believe in your Presidential Campaign. I all ready know that you will be our next President. For sure! You supported my uncle Mickey for five precious years.
I sincerely believe that our efforts to raise the standards in our community will not be in vain. Wilmington Delaware has the potential to become a model city for community development. We have all of the right people in the right places at the right time.
The highest positions in the world still need to connect with the street.
A communicator. I have established a relationship with everyone in our community.
From the darkest hood to Mr Frances DuPont to Mr Foster Friess.
I have a mission to repair rebuild and redevelop the consciousness of our inner city.
I pray that we can make legacy with your continued support of our quest to improve.

He learned a cold, hard lesson that day--that even though black soldiers fought and died for their country, they were not honored because of the color of their skin.
