Music Genre Emergence - exciting times
We are living in exciting times. Music genres are intertwining, bending, expanding into beautiful blends. Crossing over for the songwriter or artist is no longer an impossible endeavor. We are hearing new blends with what would have been considered taboo such as rap in country or popish in hip hop. These are truly exciting times. Music has always been a barrier breaker for communications. From the time we hear our first lullaby throughout listening to the latest hit with our friends. I LOVE music and writing songs. I am grateful to all those that take the time to listen, share, and let me into your listening area. I recently received a message that from one of those listeners saying they appreciate the variety I have posted and I was reminded of these changing times. Please be open to the wide world of differing genres - not just my music. You will find a bouquet of beautiful sounds with emotions that can that you to new places.
