About Marijan Novina

Hello, my name is Marijan Novina. I was born in a music family on November 14-th 1974 in Novo mesto Slovenia, which is a small country in central europe.

I enyoy beauties of music life for about 39years allready, my father was a musician, he played guitar and he started to teach me about music when i was a small boy, i really liked making music so i also finished piano school.
My first on stage experience was by playing keyboards (Synthesizer) with my father and brother, unfortunately they both died after a long fight with cancer. As family band we did a lot of humanitarian concerts, mostly for sick childrens.

My past and passion for music inspired me so i can continue as solo singer-songwriter today, i write my own lyrics and compose music for it, i made about 70 songs, some of them are uploaded on youtube. I play piano,accordion,snyth and guitar.
 
I do humanitarian concerts, special events, celebrations, i have sang on different international music festivals like Belarus-Slavonski bazar, festivals in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Bulgaria...
In Bosnia and Herzegovina i was nominated two times allready as most popular Slovenian musician in a country.

By look i'm a bit different, i wear long hairs and like you can see i love tattoos which can appear odd to some, but music i do is straight from my heart and that can be feelt by people.
