I wanted to thank you for your support and let you know that I have been working on new songs to present to you. I have several pieces that are near finished and am excited to get your reaction. Should be on ready to upload this summer. Attached is a preview of one of the songs called "Out of Sight". Hope you enjoy this stem mix of the major components of the song.

I finished recording a song co-written with Genevieve Bodnar.
We wrote the lyrics together and sang the piece as a duet.
My long time friend Bill Dutkovic played drums on the track.
The song captures the way a fireplace pulls you in and you lose yourself in the glow.

Hello everybody! I wanted to let you know that a old friend of mine, Bill Dutkovic who also played drums on the song has created a video for "Home Fires" which was my most recent post.

If you like the song I think you'll enjoy the video as well. It captures the magic that happens when you stare into a fire and you can't stop looking at it. I think it's the perpetual change that is so fascinating! I will be posting the video on YouTube for you to watch.

Hi everybody! I know it's been awhile, well I finally have something new to present. This song titled "Home Fires" co-written with me by my songwriting collaborator Genevieve Bodnar features Bill Dutkovic on drums.

The song is composed in an "Americana" type style with an emphasis on the lyric and vocals. It captures the magic of a fireplace and it's ability to draw our attention away from everything else for a period of time and reflect on it's beauty.

I want to announce that yesterday I posted the finished version of my song "SISTER".
My best bud Billy Dutkovic put down a drum track that took this tune to the next level!
Billy and I have been playing together since we were 8 years old in our school band and all the way through the years of our musical life. Bill resides in Portland Oregon now and is part of the local music scene there.
Check out the new track and see how an awesome drummer can bring a song to life compared to using a drum machine. Thank you for the gift of your time Bill!

It's an instrumental I wrote for my daughter.
I composed it on acoustic guitar and added some synth samples to orchestrate it.
I also used some nature samples I've made over the years (ocean, birds singing, waterfall, rainstorm) and a recording of my heartbeat for something different.
I tried to capture some of the highlights of her personality here and some memories of her childhood as well.

Hi everyone! I hope you have been happy! Check out my new song "Sister". It's an olive branch to my kid sister whom I haven't seen or spoke to in years. Something came over me and I felt compelled to get this one out. Ironically, shortly after I finished the demo I received a greeting card from her on my birthday with a welcoming sentiment... goosebump time! Maybe it's time to reconcile? It's got some teeth and I hope you enjoy the energy!

I recently posted a song I have been working on for some time. I created the music several years back but had no ideas for lyrics. I gave the piece to a co-writer with no luck there either. So after a few years I decided to revisit it and write words myself.

The result is called "Movie In My Mind" which is an autobiographical tale of my life from childhood to manhood. The stuff in the middle is the story I hope you can relate to. We all have ups and downs in life and it's how we treat them that makes the difference between learning and regretting.

It's lengthy at 8 minutes but I hope you can make it through it. Sure like to hear your opinion of the groove I've tried to create.
