It has been a while since my last update so I thought I'd take some time and say hello to my new subscribers and thank everyone for their continued support of my music. It has been a rather challenging year, I had major back surgery in May that didn't turn out as well as had been hoped. I am waiting to go back for another Lumbar Fusion and then a Cervical Fusion 2 rather large surgeries. Not Fun!!! Gigging is not really in the cards for me right now but I am doing some projects in my studio and will take the downtime to upgrade my studio to a nice new digital mixer and learn how to use it. I do have a new studio apprentice who is making life much easier for me and he is a great guy and talented musician so we will be doing some new recordings to try out the new equipment. I'll post them as we get them done. Yes I'm making lemonade.........................Life is not about learning to weather the storm, it's about learning how to dance in the rain~ I did finish recording Sara Mare's EP which I produced and cowrote 2 of the songs on. Sara is a beautiful and talented singer/songwriter who I have the privilege of working with. I have included a couple of her songs on my page and encourage you to visit her page SARA MARE. I also went down to Florida to do some recording with The Bearded Brothers Band, an amazing southern rock band that is emerging on the scene. They are produced by my best friend Steve Boyer (Eric Clapton "Unplugged") and they kick ass. I was supposed to go down before the holidays to write with them, but their fiddle player Rob Cartwright (Fiddle Beard) was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident. The band is back on the stage and making music again!! The recordings are available on Amazon, I have included a link in their album. I will be heading down before the next surgery to heal my soul making music with the Bearded Brothers Band.
