Matt Wolff - Singer/Songwriter
Matt Wolff is a singer/songwriter based in South Manchester. Matt’s unique, soulful voice has been part of the Manchester music scene for over 20 years, from forming and fronting major label blues rock band Sweet Addiction to recording and performing with many of the city’s leading musicians - Luke Flowers (Corinne Bailey Rae), Stuart McCallum (Cinematic Orchestra), Neil Fairclough (Queen), Chris Hillman (Billy Bragg), Johnny Lexus (Paul Heaton), Guy Garvey (Elbow), Michael McGoldrick (Mark Knopfler), Stephen Fretwell (Matt played harmonica in Stephen’s live band), Mikey Wilson (Swing Out Sister), Paul Burgess (10cc) … The list goes on!
Now Matt is finally writing his first solo material and is getting fantastic feedback, both from live performances and for his debut 5 track EP, recorded at Stockport’s EVE studios late last year with his six piece band which includes guitarist Peter Churchman (Monaco/Little Green) and drummer Paul Feely (Badly Drawn Boy).
