Is the best way to describe the unfettered way, energy and metal innovation produced by Izzy Whynter, Kayla Whynter, Tommy Teeze and Li Sin. With a style and ability to rouse audiences and with influences from bands that have inspired generations of hard rock and metal lovers from the 80’s to today, MEDUSA has created its own style of metal music. The band came to life in 2009. The band performed live for the first time at the Montreal’s famed Club Soda. The response from the crowd was immediate. MEDUSA was on to something. Since then the group has performed in Montreal venues such as Piranha Bar, Le National, Foufounes Electriques to name but a few. The band opened for the world famous band The Misfits in Montreal; for Charred Walls of the Damned featuring Tim “Ripper” Owens ex-member of Judas Priest and recently for Wednesday 13 of famed Murder Dolls. The group has also been featured on Global TV in both Montreal and Toronto. Medusa has been a regular featured guest on Mohawk-Radio and has been part of a short film depicting the metal music scene in Montreal QC. MEDUSA has barely started to scratch the surface of its unstoppable artistic potential. The band members are working on original material and are pushing the limits to obtain the big break that will let THEM make it. Metal is the law!
