About Me'ko Suave

Me'ko Suave (Eriq Hunt) was born on October 5 in Tulsa Oklahoma. At a young age he developed a passion and love for music in what it seemed like almost every genre. By age 4 he was memorizing lyrics to almost every song that he heard. At age 6 Me'ko had moved out of Oklahoma to various states which included Arkansas, Missouri and Texas. Me'ko's passion for music begin to grow more while he was introduced to more genres of music as he moved around. Being the only boy (and oldest) of 5 sisters he knew that his talent for music an wordplay would not be just a hobby. As Me'ko got older he would carry a notepad with him everywhere he went thus getting him in a lot of trouble at school for not paying attention and writing constantly. By age 14 his skills with wordplay had gotten stronger and he was able to manipulate words. At the age of 15 Me'ko had already become a nuisance at school getting expelled and among other things arrested an sent to jail for possession an distribution on school property. Me'ko bounced back from his troubles in 07' an independently put out his 1st mix tape entitled Worth The Wait which was short lived. In the summer of 09' Me'ko attended Oklahoma State University an co-founded Block Bleedin' Productions with close friend Kyle Maynard. Me'ko left school an begin to better pursue his passion for music stayin up til morning every night in the studio not to mention writing. In the summer of 2010 Me'ko had agreed upon a verbal contract to local independent label Creek Boyz Records an did several shows with the label. Me'ko Suave left Creek Boyz Records shortly after joining the label. In the spring of 2011 Me'ko released his 2nd mix tape Entitled The Takeover Vol.1 printing up over 150 copies and distributing them throughout Tulsa. In the spring of 2012 Me'ko founded and started Money Made Music Group and the New Era movement. Me'ko has discontinued prints under Block Bleedin' Productions and is currently looking for solid and promising artists to work with and possibly add to the roster of artists under (expired link), and is also working on his first debut album entitled "Ambitious Mind state" and hopes to expand his network and show everybody he's got the heart, the soul and the passion to thrive in this industry and take Money Made Music Group to the top!
