"OG GOT THAT FLOW"
Amazing at it may sound, yesterday I celebrated my seventy third, yes my 73rd Birthday. I can't even begin to fathom where the years and the time has gone. This caused me to reflect on one of the most significant aspects of my life......my music !!!!!
My music has given me so much. It has grounded me and saved me many times when I lost my way, my grip, my prospective, my normality. It has given me the vehicle and the means to express the truths within me....the truths I feel about myself, the truths I feel about others, and the truths I have come realize about my world and the world at large
It only seemed appropriate to do a track acknowledging some historical facts about how, when, and where this really first came about, and for me to acknowledge that I'm still down with it.....I still feel very good about it.....and.....even at seventy three (73) years young......I still got that flow !!!!!
I sincerely hope all of you have and will continue to "have your flow" for many, many years to come !!!!!
