Mercy Rain is a Southern Gospel Trio based out of Lexington, SC. Mercy Rain has been singing since 1999. This Southern Gospel Trio was formed by now member LaVerne Sanders and former member Kevin Kearns. Angela Parker is the daughter of LaVerne Sanders. She has been singing with MR on and off for the entire duration, but now sings permanently as of 12 years ago. Angela is married and resides with Jack Parker, and 5 children, McKenzie, Christian, Brennah, Noah, and Brett

LAVERNE SANDERS
LaVerne resides in Pelion, SC with her husband, Noah Sanders and son, Keith. LaVerne is the longest standing member. LaVerne formed the group after a tragic bus accident that took the lives of all members, with the exception of the drummer, Warren Nichols, of the Master's Quartet, where she was the alto singer.

Read moreWe wanted to send a quick note and let you all know how much it means to us that you love our music and request more. We're working on getting our music on itunes. In the meantime, you can go to our website and there is a button to order and pay for our CD's. Go to (expired link) and go to the online store. We've been trying to keep our heads above water so to speak. Covid-19 has really made a difference in our ability to perform and we hope it will end soon and we can go back to regular concerts. With the Covid-19, it has halted our travel and live concerts. However, just as soon as the churches return to normal services, we're looking forward to getting back doing what we love and what we're called to do. There have been health scares, but God is working them out! In the meantime, I'll be trying to get things updated here and in all our other social sites. God bless you all!!
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, all concerts have been cancelled. We are praying that you all stay safe! We will be booking again once the dangers are gone and churches and events are able to reschedule. Keep safe and we love you all!
