Hi Metaloyd, This is just my opinion 1 / Mix and production : I find the rythme guitar a little low. and the solo is very too low. 2 / Guitar : Guitar's sound is a little dirty, not enough right. 3 / Drums : the drummer is not enough punchy. It's too flat especially on snare. It's Rock N'Roll ok a slow but for example on on "Stairway to heaven" or "Nothing Else Matters", the drum is energic. 4 / Vocals : It's false at many places and the voice is very tense and you're singing without breathe. 5 / Overall : The track has potential but there is a lot of work including singing. I like the intro. The music blends well there. Very well. The melodic progression on the chorus is nice. I like that a lot. Most of the instrumental sounds work well together. What doesn't work for me is the distorted guitar on the verses doesn't seem to blend as well with the rest of the sounds. Perhaps a different type of distortion would work better to match the other sounds. Something a little cleaner and fatter. I think this is a really good effort though. The structure is fine. The vocals could blend in a little better, they sound almost seperated from the rest of the track at times. I can't put my finger on what it is - maybe a mixture of volume and effects. The song has a good atmosphere. I know it's tough when you gotta be the engineer and do everything else, but you'll get there. Never stop trying to improve. Wish you the best!
