Dear Valued Listener, Dear Sisters and Brothers, I am very grateful for your kind words you have shared about this music and the fact that you are listening and following this project. I am sending this letter in gratitude and to share with you my personal story. My name is Michael Basil. I am the lead energy on the project Michael LightBringer. I have authored the lyrics to the songs we have released up to this point and am the lead vocalist. I have been extraordinarily lucky to have such amazing musician friends available to help me create these songs for you to listen to. Over the past four or five years I have experienced heart break and divorce, debilitating illness and dark depression and bankruptcy while being a week on week off working single father of two amazing children. I also attended a year and a half course of schooling in an ancient Japanese healing art called Hoshindo. I am grateful to begin putting a career in construction behind me while embracing my new vocation as a healer. I am sharing all of this with you as a word of encouragement. Times are hard for many people and the planet. I know. Stay strong. Pray for healing and guidance. The spirits are listening and eager to help. Their help is subtle. Please don’t give up.
