Song Reviews

Stand Your Ground
Very passionate and current message delivered with truth and determination. Moving lyrics that carry the spirit of those lost due to unexpected changes. I wouldn't say it's a rock song, maybe more traditional, native or world. The emotion of Standing Rock is one of provoking change, and respecting what came before the new destroys the old. I'm certain the writer is a fan of John Trudell and all things native american, where we should all be looking for natural remedies for complicated probalems.

Hello
I was expecting a much better song...I know is Very Hard to sing A Capella but if You do make sure The Recording is in Tune..Trust me.. if Music Insiders will found out that .. They will NOT listen..I know that recording is expensive but in today World Music Publishers.. DJ's at Radio Stations will take under consideration Only Radio Ready Quality Recording ( Best Quality)..I also Do Not Like That but all is change.. so try to record Your song with Instruments and good singer..I do Think that Your song has a potential but Great Recording is a Must .. I wish You Good Luck..

Beautifully Authentic
I deeply appreciate the message in the lyrics about your people. I love the very authentic sound. Great, strong voice. I feel the song could be a bit edited in the middle/end, but don't mind the overall length.

Rock
This song to my ears is very different. That's both good and bad.the good lies in the tone of your voice. The bad comes in lack of verses. Although I did enjoy your chorus.. Good luck. Magic in this

A Great Flair for the Emerald Isle and its Sound!!
This has a very great and unique sound...You also have a very distinct flavor to your sound...That of Ireland...Iam reminded of classics from the past like the clancy brothers and tommy makem that were legends from there and who have left us with some great music...The timing for your music is very good as well, as there is a much needed increase in music from the Emerald Isle!!. Great job brotha! You have hit upon what could be a great pot 'o gold, just continue to keep doing what you are doing...never change!!!

Under the sun
I like the song, because it has a message and is kind of spiritual. I like the way it is build, At the beginning just the drums, like natives would do it - than the singing starts - a declaration for a better life? The rythm is interesting and the voice clear, soft and meaningful. Thanks for your good music. Love & light *sarasvati

Still standing
Michael sings with great passion that is moving and delightful. I liked the song and especially the message...goes to the heart of a burning desire in us all. I just wish the drums were stronger and I felt that feel driving the song more.

Hi
This is something interesting but need a LOT of Work...need some arrangement and good studio recording ( it will also help if the guitar be in tune and play with more power ) in today World a bad recording has no chance to be hear by Show Bizz people..more less You Must make a better Recording other way No Music Publisher will take Your Song and will not be played on the Radio..I like the Idea of Your song but as it is now has no chance.. I wish You good luck and try to found a sponsor who will help You with recording cost..a Church will be a good start... has

Keep Standing
One of the things I like about indie artists and platforms like N1M is that you hear such a diverse range of music. Here, I'm impressed with the A Cappella rendition, Michael. However, with that said, one of the things that drive me nuts is when I hear singers breathe at the end of their lyric line - as heard in the first few lines. Outside of that distraction, this is an impassioned song that I hope you'll do well with. Good luck!

Song of purpose.
The Hey Hey Hey of this song rings strong to send a message that should not need to be described. The enemies of human responsibility and care for our Mother Earth have gained such strength lately, but the prayer reverberates strong that somehow the worst will not be happen while we are subjected to their greed and misadventure. There is a strong chance the day will yet come when the protectors will once again gain the foothold that so badly and urgently needs to be won again. The people must be won over, and I believe they will be. Thank you for this great song.

STANDING ROCK
THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW I HAVE DONE FOR THIS ARTIST AND I HAVE TO SAY THE VOCAL STYLE IS VERY REMINISCENT OF SEVENTIES CAT STEVENS CIRCA TEA FOR THE TILLERMAN ALBUM THERE IS A GOOD VIBE AND MESSAGE RUNNING THROUGH THESE LYRICS WELL PRODUCED AND THE ARRANGEMENT SITS WELL FOR THIS TYPE OF SONG WHICH GETS YOU THINKING ABOUT THE MESSAGE HERE ONE MINOR CRITICISM I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR MORE OF THE BACKING ARRANGEMENT IN THE VERSES BUT OTHERWISE A VERY GOOD EFFORT AND AN ARTIST DEFINITELY WORTH CHECKING OUT
