Michele Botel

Michele is a singer/songwriter who grew up in a musical family at the edge of the world on Haida Gwaii, British Columbia. Drawing from a lineage of vocalists and from years of refining her craft, Michele combines unique vocal phrasing with power in delivering great original music. Michele naturally evokes emotion and thought in others through her music and warm stage presence. Largely self-taught on the guitar, Michele plays expressive rhythm guitar to accompany her main instrument: voice. Her music has been described as soul, blues, country rock, and folk fusion. Enjoy!
