I Try
British Rock band The Clash springs to mind when I listen to your music. Incandescent is how I would describe your effect, essentially full of heat and light and passion. You sound like a seasoned rock band. I don't know if that is the case. Great lyrics and vocals by all. The percussion keeps the lyrics in momentum with a message is very heartwarming and thought provoking. Excellent in every way! Your song is mood altering in a good way! It is a definite 5 Stats since the better quality sound track on. wav files is not available on n1m. Your music shines and is Awesome anyway!

Unique review
The music sounds totally different than other songs that I have reviewed yet so far. I like the way the artist has composed the melody as the pattern of melody changes when listening to the whole length of song, and even the music composition is perfectly synchronized with the melody of the song. I love the lead part of the music together with the drums. Overall, the music is awesome and it's on the favorite list of my reviews. Best of luck! Cheers!!

rock...
This is a solid track. One thing that stood out to me is how there seems to be a bit of johnny lydon influence in some of the inflections in the vocal. I didn't her it at first, but something struck me as familiar.... and I think that was it. The rest of the track isn't so much in that general musical angle, but a solid alternative rock track nevertheless. I especially like the half time ending. It really punctuated the vibe.

Epic Alternative Rock...
Epic Alternative Rock with sing along phrases in the refrain. Works good while driving or doing other things and gives that happy mood to even do the bad things. Good song writing and performance and a voice with soul. Sound and production could be improved at least with a mastering to take the audience completely with you. But if that is what you like and stand for, then it's cool with me. Keep it up!

Inspiring!
This really is alternative - and I love it! There is so much love and fun shinning through the guitars, the feedbacks, the lics. Very well produced vocals, with many new Ideas. It's truly inspiring listening too!

I Liked it...
I like the way you start out strong and keep it going all the way through. The waiting for the bridge solo was worth it, as it flowed right into it. The fade out to end was nice. Good Luck on your Music Adventure here with us at N1Music. I've been here 3 years and love this site. Not 'everybody' makes it. It depends on the people, if they like you, they will show it, just stay in touch with your fans every 2 weeks with those News Letters even if it's only to say, Hi to them. ~ Gizzmow, in Bonham, Texas

Great punk vibe with a death growl feel through the chorus!
This is a very versatile song that incorporates many different style including British punk and a death metal growl through the choruses. I like the punch of the "hey" through a good portion of the song which captures your attention but the point where the song drops out could use some different instrumentation and feel to keep it interesting. Wondering if you could add a three part harmony to that section or some strings just to really switch up the feel and change direction. I love your look and style and am so glad that it is going well on this platform. Nikki

Good beat
Strong hook with a strong HEY always kicks the jams out, I like the way the singer doesn't take himself too seriously, giving the song a bit of Punk flair. The drums (Snare) could have been a bit hotter but only to create a little more urgency, then when the song goes quiet it could have just a little more contrast, but basically a good concept that the artist shouldn't worry about going all the way obnoxious with, like a Greenday song would. The deep wooshy sound at the end also needs to engage with the drums better to work more effectively.Good work!

Great Vibe
Really liked this. Excellent melodies and great vibe. The chorus is catchy and the tempo rises and the track goes along. Just long enough also. Great to hear this type of rock is still alive and kicking. Definitely worth a listen.

The dude has a great postpunk/alternative/new wave voice, and the music is fantastic. Hope someday to see him touring in Italy, otherwise I'll have to buy a ticket to California next summer !!!

I TRY - Miguel Guerrero
A bit of everything here - a bit of Bowie, a bit of Marc Almond, a bit of Brit cockney punk singalong. I'm trying to like it, then the break down comes, a little too much drops out, I feel. Then comes the I TRY hook, anthem like, and then the nice instrumental, reminiscent again of times gone by, a few more vocals before the instrumental Anthem-style reverberating end. All in all, a track with tremendous potential, but there seem to be too many ideas, I'd like to hear it paired down to the one intent - an anthem-style cry, a humble admission of how hard one tries would be favourite for me. General good sound though - compliments to all!

Nifty power pop track!
Before I give my humble opinion on some minor mixing adjustments that could be made to this tune, I should say that this is a fabulous power pop (or related genre) track. It reminds me of Slade meets Big Star in the 21st century, the latter being said because this song is a grandiose production. I loved all the unexpected musical avenues that the artist took me down, if only briefly. Some comments I have are as follows: I wish the guitar solo were a little tighter, or if left loose, I wish the the production quality was more dynamic matched the largeness of the rest of the tracking. It may sound goofy, but I also hear a missing tambourine that would add some hi-range ear-candy (never be afraid of tambourines, they work!). I also love the end, but I'd like it to fade, and sooner. That would cut some length off the track. I wonder what this one would sound like in an arena!?! Great work.

Much better from what is usual
The song has impressed me deeply much, that I like to write something about. This is a very powerful piece from an ambitionated and very talented musician. He have dragged all register from Rock & Roll genre. Miguel Guerrero has in any case a rather dynamic voice and a unique vocal projection. The lyrics implementing strength and power unleashing the soul and touching the heart. The engaging drums and the bass-lines are also very special in this arragmend. A brilliant played guitar solo in the bridge increases the music. This extra factor makes the composition professional and really creative. I like the bridges with nice riffs of the e-guitar, which is playing the main role in this composition. But all instruments really stand out. Closer to the end, you will hear an impressive chorus and a unconventional sound what brings the music to an futuristical end. This song is definitely professional and very creative. But why do I tell this? Well, you might be a rock music fan, looking for the light at the end of the tunnel for good music. Listen to the song and if you like add him. Let others know your recommendation.

It still works !
I think we all have to try and keep running with the rock'n'roll sounds. Miguel Guerrero bring us back to old good times with a good voice, nice chorus and fantastic band with powerful arrangements. Go, go !

Average alternative rock song
I wish the singer's voice were GOOD but it sounds rough and as if he's not really a singer per se. I think I ve given the song a fair chance and the song itself is actually not that bad, it's rhythmic and captivating. His voice however is the only thing bothering me. Change!

Hurricane in a wind tunnel - Rock and Roll
On "I Try", vocalist/guitarist Miguel Guerrero easily manages to vocally invoke at times, both David Bowie and Brian Adams. Sonically, he experiments with several different vocal blends, covering the harmonies, background vocals, as well as various keyboard textures like strings and sine wave synthesizers. When blended with his rootsy rock and roll guitar, these textures not only create the perfect "bed" for the guitar to lay over, but they sound incredibly similar to a jet plane engine being tested... during a hurricane... in a wind tunnel, with easily recognizable guitar tones within. The arrangement is interesting and oddly, my favorite part is the breakdown of the vocal and guitar, followed by a chorus. The guitar solo is melodically good but, I wish a little more detail would have gone into the solo. In my opinion, while it might have been Mr. Guerrero's intention to sound spontaneous, the sloppiness is a distraction. Having said that, if I listen with "layperson's ears," it is more than acceptable, especially if that is the way Mr. Guerrero wanted it. I also like the song because it shies away from the pop radio format, so it is as fun as a Green Day song.
