With the passing of the great BB King we have been dedicating our live shows to his memory over the last Month. We have added His Tunes Rock Me Baby and The Thrill is Gone to our set list. B's influence over the years has been one of the most important in the history of Blues Guitar, and we are very thankful for the beautiful legacy of great music he has left us.There were several times we opened the show for BB King in the 1980s. One time the club owner forgot to rent the necessary equipment for B's band .B asked if he could rent our guitar amps since the Proprietor failed to get the equipment in time for the show. I remeber telling BB that I stole so many of his guitar licks that we will just call it even! He was very cordial and Graceful and it was a Great Memory!
