Great Guitar Playing

A great track featuring some great guitar playing that would fit into any great band from the 1970's. The track has a great energy, is instrumental and breathes energy into anyone listening..Good job!

That Lead is something Serious!

That lead guitar is on point! But the drums seem a little low so I didn’t get to enjoy them as much as I would have liked. Keep creating good music to put in the world it will create a shift in hearts like no other

yes

this song is a strictly fusion piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in fusion style as I said everything recalls the fusion genre maybe the guitar has too much echo. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a fusion piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job

Nice Intro

Helpful

The song has a strong intro, Almost a Boston style guitar solo in sound. The song is very reminiscent of the 70s and 80s. Actually would love to hear a strong vocal put on this . The Bass is doing its job. The drum track is steady.

Simply Good!

Or very good, should I say? You rock like Jo Satriani! Your sound keep our ears opened. Clear, catchy melody, good like I say! Beetwen fusion and progressive rock, you make me remember Marilion, a few years ago.... That's very good music! I support, share and review! BRAVI!!!! Keep on rocking and I'll keep on ear you! Thanks for that.

Nice!

Hello! Here is a lot of energy in this composition! I appreciate the tone of the solo guitar; certain passages remind me master F.ZAPP ... Of the quality work! Congratulations! I wish a Happy New Year you 2018, and plenty of good compositions. See you soon...

Joans House

Mike Harty and Crystal Aire have a Stunning Signature Sound akin to ELO with the heart and soul of a great rock band like McGuffey Lane. This instrumental is really inspiring and uplifting, like get out of your chair and dance! The electric guitar riffs are like something out of this world! Parts of this instrumental call to mind the epic rock band Toto. Superb percussion especially the finale. Crystal Aire got what it takes to be known as a World Class Rock Band.

Screaming Rocking Guitar!

Mike Harty puts a rocking track on this site! Using a lot of reverb over the guitar, it really gets you down! His screaming guitar solos take you away and powers you up. Then falls apart in a distorted scene, out of which a new guitar solo is born. Now and then there are beautiful harmonics, with the synth in the background and a thriving bass line. Overall very interesting, you never know where it's gonna lead you. It has the feel of one big massive jamsession, with epic episodes and different movements hearable, to fade out in the end.

Mike Harty requests a review

Helpful

Mike Harty has sent you a request for review...So I took the request and I listened to "Joans House" a couple of times. I'm listening to it while I write this. Drums thru out are a bit buried except the snare, could be my cheese computer speakers but, I'm not the only one listening through computer speakers. I would suggest changing your name to Mike Harmonicty. Kool tune, lots of changes. Rocking the spirit in the N1M skys!

The Mike Harty sound that reminds me of a cross between one of the original 1970s progressive rock bands Yes and maybe their Canadian counterpart Rush Mike Harty has a penchant for multiple guitars ,time changes and progressive rock pioneers overall sound.

Joans House is rockin!

Really great start with very good guitar, bass and drum work. There's a lot of Almond Brothers in the sound. If I have any complaint I find the tracks way too busy. In the mix try and separate the tracks by EQing them better. They all fall into a narrow range making the whole sound muddy. Sometimes less is more. The wall of sound can get quite unlistenable....sorry! The playing is very good....the mix not so much.

Harmoniously aggressive!

Hello! have a good day His music seems excellent and full of strength. The execution of the instruments is very good, and the recording too.Something that I think could be useful as a commentary, is that at times they look more bass and guitars as solo instruments, thanks. Your music is motivating.

Great Song

Hey, Joans house is a great prog/rock track, but needs some production work. Everything is up front, there is no depth in the mix. Drums are buried, I would re-mix, pull back the reverb. Other than that, like I said it's good track with some good ideas.
