Song starts and I hear this Huey Lewis vibe and I'm like. I have to see where this is going. I love the feel of this song it's fun, exciting and it has movement. The song takes you on a little journey and that is what I look for in instrumental music. I love the idea of just going somewhere I've never been before and the music takes me there. This track was awesome because not only did I get the journey but it was a fun trip! I got this great trip of positive vibe music and not this somber toned anger music of today's modern rock n roll. I love the music the soloing and just the whole package. It was a breath of fresh air and I enjoyed the song so much I will listen to it again and again. Keep writing great music!

Snappy Groove

Very cool song! I like the way the guitars intertwine and go back and fourth with taking a part in the mix, although it's difficult to tell who is taking the lead at times because the main riff is so stronger in the mix. Perhaps a better mix run down of all the instrumentation would bring a better concept of the song in it's entirety. I think the duel lead harmonies brings a lot of flavor and style to the song indeed.Great guitar playing though. Overall it is an excellent song to listen to and very well written.

Welcome to the 80's!

Drum sounds at the beginning sound too electronic for my taste, then there are bongos that remind me of Disco Duck. Cool, but not quite 2019. Guitar and drums, when they start going faster are really, really interesting, kind of reminding me of both Queen and Rush. I believe they are the best parts of this song. I enjoyed the change in rhythm in the middle of the song, it was quite refreshing and made it much more interesting. I would have preferred things to remind that way, but then it goes back to bongos and somewhat kitch guitar sound. Overall, it felt like an old 1990 video game song. Musicianship was excellent, nothing bad to say here, all was tight and well played, only it would have been more interesting 30-40 years ago. Then again, as retro is in these days, maybe this could become a huge hit! Keep on rocking!

Showing a lot of talent

Guitar playing is first rate. Some of the changes are a bit contrived, some are fresh, some are really good. The sound of the track, however, is lacking. Mike needs to invest in a really good drum program and a good percussion program. The ones in use sound mechanical and lifeless. There's some sort of synth pad drone for much of the song that is meant to add fill; to make the track sound 'full.' What it does at the volume it's mixed at is just make it hard to differentiate what's going on. It makes everything muddy. Still, all in all, I'll be interested to see what Mike puts out when he gets a better set of tools and some experience with mixing.

A Fine Piece of Music

There is nothing wrong with this song. Great guitar playing, great guitar tone (not too much chorus unlike a lot of the songs on Numberonemusic). To improve the song I might make it shorter, but it's fine.

Good guitars!

Cute Tune

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song we're hearing something that sounds more like a clip from Weird Science or Sixteen Candles in a chase scene. It strangely works. This is listed as progressing rock, christian rock and metal. I'd say None of the Above, but I like it.

Rapturus....TheBlessed Hope of ....

I was not expecting this light touch on the guitar but I see it works with the topic of rapture of the bride. Like a groove that moves you upward and onward. This music makes you want to move and not hold still and is progressive in it's sound. I have not heard anything like it in Rock or Christian Rock...Timing is excellent and the percussin is outstanding. It has lyrics if you will listen to it carefully. It is a melody in masterful awakenings. I loved to listen to it and will keep it on hand for the days to come. Very uplifting and catches the imagination in many ways. Which is what great music should do. The Guitar riffs are STELLAR. Like you are playing from a heavenly place on earth.

Missing single to Beverly Hills Cop II soundtrack? Perhaps, but not meant to disparage - it’s lively guitar shows an array of skills and fun decision making. A live band would compliment this budding virtuoso very well!
