History

television by RFD-TV in Nashville.

-Favorites Vocal CD.
-Beginning Guitar guitar instructional DVD.
-Beginn:
-Taught guitar for many years including 18 years in music stores.
-Taught guitar at a high school in Texas for the 2004/2005 school year.
-Made a living with my guitar for the past 38 years.
-Played guitar for two years with Shoji Tabuchi.
-Played for the Osmonds for 6 years performing in front of an average of 400,000 yearly from 1992 to 1998.
-Played 18 seasons in Branson.
-In April of ’09 our show went overseas and played for our troops in Baghdad, Iraq and Ramstein, Germany.
-From 2012 till just recently I played lead guitar for The Texas Tenors.
- We filmed a national PBS special that started airing on November 30th of 2013.
-A song from my ‘Tribute to Chet Atkins’ CD, ‘Yankee Doodle Dixie’, has been licensed to appear on an NBC Universal video game thru Xbox called ‘Slap Shot’ which is due out this fall.

-August of 1988: Profiled in Guitar Player magazine.
-1995, 1996, and 1997: Won Best Lead Guitarist at the Branson Entertainment Awards.
-1996: Peavey Monitor magazine. Peavey endorsee at the time.
-2001: Peavey Monitor magazine printed another story on me.
-Feb. 2003: Acoustic Guitar magazine did a review on one of my instructional DVD’s; “A very good instructional DVD.”
-Summer 2005: Taylor Guitars Wood and Steel magazine did a review on my Guitar Texas CD. “Tradition-minded but eclectic, Guitar Texas is highly recommended”.
-Fall 2009: Taylor Guitars Wood and Steel did a story and short bio on me.
