okay so i rated this a 4 out of 5 because it's not my style of music. but the reason i gave it a 4 is because i can appreciate someone's passion for music and doing their own thing like i am with my own thing. the beat overall is too slow and mellow for my taste but don't let that put you down for my opinion. for rap/r&b, bass is very essential so i would recommend backing songs with a bass guitar track that really sticks out and use different rudiments/paradiddles on the drum kits either hi hats/ride cymbols. that is one thing that would draw my attention more to it. then again, i'm critical because i'm a musician, so this is all from another musicians stand point, and i look for things that stick out or should stick out. i hope you don't take it personally because i'm only one out of potentially millions who will have opinions so my opinion shouldn't put you down, but should make you want ot just keep improving in what you do!
