Milo Case is an 21 year old Hip-hop/R&B artist and songwriter from Richmond, Virginia, yet born and raised in Prince George’s County, MD.

Lyrically and musically talented, Milo Case writes original rhymes over innovative samples and beats. With extensive experience playing the tenor saxophone, tuba, alto clarinet, alto saxophone, bass clarinet, trombone, and baritone, Milo Case has shown himself to be a versatile musician. Introduced to hip hop by his father, Milo Case grew up listening to Pharrell, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Robert Glasper, Prince, and many others. Milo Case synthesizes quality instrumentation with modern hip-hop technique, inspired by these artists and the great jazz musicians Miles Davis and John Coltrane.

Milo Case released his debut mixtape, The Ascent in April of 2015. On August 24th of 2017, Milo Case released his second mixtape, Cultivation on iTunes, Spotify, Tidal, and other streaming outlets. Throughout Cultivation, Milo Case tells the story of marijuana production and the detrimental affects it can have on a family and a community. One can expect a diverse selection of hand-pick samples and beats from producers across the nation. This promising lyricist has hopes of touring the United States to perform his music.

The highly anticipated mixtape titled Pillow Talking Weather will be released on February 28th. Pillow Talking Weather (PTW) is a mix of Hip-Hop and new age R&B meant to reflect today's young adult culture of "Netflix and Chill." Its purpose is to bring community issues like police brutality, poor public education, inherently low African American motivation, and modern slavery to mainstream music; all while maintaining the common themes of college student interactions and black love.

Far from one-dimensional, Milo Case is a full-time student at the the University of Virginia, where he is pursuing a (expired link). in Environmental Science with a special interest in solar technology.
