Let me begin by saying this "arrangement is incredible"! I love the mix, and the vocal interweaving back and forth stands out as your lead vocals lead the way... to take a song that has been done in so many ways by so many people isn't easy to do and be special. Your rendition of this prayer of Jesus is exceptional! The sound of the instruments, especially the rhythm section is very warm and inviting. This is a wonderful song from top to bottom. Pros: Amazing harmonies! I was impressed with the intricate vocal harmonies. Kudos to the arranger and singer(s)As always it is difficult to put Scripture to music, and this song did it well. The track is very listenable. Cons: There is little variation throughout the song. The beat never changes much and the instrumentation is just a constant background and does not grab you. The tune is very repetitive, and for the first few minutes it was great, but the song is pretty long and it got a little boring. I would have liked to hear a little more spark in the lead vocal - more intensity. Overall a wonderful effort!

This song is a refreshing new look at a song many of us can remember from years ago. The singer has A very pleasant voice that captures you right at the beginning then doesn't let go until it's over. The vocal harmonies through out this uplifting tune are excellently executed with a very good arrangement. The music track is solid but never walks over the vocals, a mark of good engineering and mixing. This re-make was very good. Way to go, Minnie!

The song is well put together, from the production, Minnie's angelic delivery as well as the mix sounds great! The harmonies took me to a different place, especially when you were singing amen throughout the song and towards the end. The bridge was also well put together! This is the most unusual take on the Lord's prayer that I've heard. You have a beautiful voice. You sing with such joy in every line. Its refreshing to hear from someone who actually sound like they mean it. The break in the middle is atypical - catches the listener completely off guard. I love the harmony and the structure of the song. I would like to hear a little more passion toward the end. It could be just what your producer wanted, but I wanted you to be shaking the foundations of the earth at the end of the song. I wanted to hear tears falling down and maybe you do that live, but I wanted in this recording. All I see for you is a bright future! God bless you woman of God. PLEASE keep sharing your gift. yes that is my favourite prayer so as for most people the music is tops so as the lyrics and also the singing it is perfect hope you can reach to where you want to go remember to follow that dream only where-ever thee LORD may lead it i do not see why this song can not reach number one yes i think it can yet there a a lot of songs these days that can do that praying for you GOD BE WITH YOU and your family and those around you.

Beautifully rendered in every way! I am so enjoying the harmony of these voices especially you Minnie. I have never heard the Lord's Prayer sung in such a wonderfully anointed mix musical composition and voices. I am blessed to have heard it and know others will be also. Even the angels are rejoicing at this song going forth across the airwaves. So beautiful, I want to hear and sing it every day. The percussion is especially effective including the triangle played and then the wonderful addition of male back up vocals portrays a heavenly choir. And the addition of the lyrics thanking Jesus for His Promises, Gift of Life and Grace is the crowning glory on this song. Amen! I will be listening often now! This song is very nicely done in Gospel fashion. The progression is musical and the voices are heavenly. The backgrounds are about as close as you can get to a choir without being a choir. Love some of the jazzy chords that are outlined. It is a simple message but powerful just the same! Great job and I am eager to hear more from Minnie Smith. The production and instrumentation is excellent and what I would expect from a first rate gospel recording. 5 Stars on this one!
