A frisky and provocative up tempo (Love? / Relationship?) song. Nice!
A frisky and provocative up tempo (Love?/Relationship?) song with all the makings of a fun “hit” song. The song captures the nature of the theme accurately. The driving drums, the distortion guitar “thing” in the background and the repetitive/questioning nature of lyrics are what help to recreate the tensions and uncertainty of relationships at the “can it work?” stage. However I feel that there could be a little more dynamics, experimentation and daring particularly with the vocals. The vocals seemed to be a bit held back. If the vocalist were to explode a little I am sure the rest of the band/arrangement will respond and follow. Nice song.

The vocals. You sound like your not giving your all. Sing with conviction like you mean it. Don't be afraid and forget what people will say.

I LIKE ALOT ABOUT THIS SONG...FIRST OF ALL THE NAME. CATCHY AND REAL...SECOND THE MUSIC LIKE INSTRUMENTS AND YOUR VOICE. ALL REAL AND MELODIC...THIRD, IT SOUNDS KIND OF 80'S AND ME BEING AN 80'S BABY, HAS ME RIGHT AT HOME. IT'S GOT A REAL, EARTHY QUALITY TO ME...I DIG IT. GREAT JOB.

Song review
Hi and thanks for asking me to review you song. I like the lyrics and the vocals are just fine too. Like most good songs you're trying to deliver some kind of message and you've done that as well so good job. If any negatives, to me at least, the vocals and melody are not quiet married to the music track as well as the could be. Independently, they are both very good but I think you could have a better tune by playing around with different music tracks. All the best, Pete Escalante
