its a very solid track, i wish the background vocals was a bit more captivating . i like the tempo , the mood that it set . smooth to say the least .production is solid as well . keep up great work

A retro feel with melodic undertones. Has the potential to become a well traveled song. Will carve spot in pop. Very catchy. Refreshing and nice rap verse. Sounds like something that would be on a movie sound track.

This song has potential but there is not much to the lyrics which makes it in my opinion to repetitive especially for RnB song it needs some more lyrical depth. Also I think there is a little to much reverb on the vocals. I know what you're trying to accomplish with this song but it needs a little more work. Also make it around 3:40 in length, the shorter the better so listeners won't get fatigued. I'm not being mean I'm just trying to help to make it a better song. You do have very melodic and pretty vocals.

A very nice song.interesting construction. the lyrics repeat on itself but I understand that it is the song style... the construction of the song is interesting. it is very modern thus I guess you tried to put fewer lyrics concentrating on the tempo and the vibe of the song. interesting approach and different. the production is nice and the recording is good.

Too monotone with this never ending refrain. Love's got me is repeated too often. The mix has too much reverb, the song drowns in a sea of reverb. Female vocal performance is good. You could make more out of this song.

Have listened very closely to this one i really like the backing, are the drums live or manufactured (midi) but the vocals sound like chart material, can do with a little more mixing so play this to a live audience and see what comes out of it. But it still sound like chart material. PC congrats

Its tough to convey ones thoughts into a 3 to 4 minute song...if it was easy everyone would have hits and make money. I have always been one to follow the simple songwriting model of songwriting so this is the perspective of where my review comes from. I like intros and finishes that frame a distinct beginning, middle, and end. Melodically something needs to catch you, grab you, make you stand up and listen intently. The fist 10 seconds are crucial. You hook or miss the listener within that time. Generally, a lyrical story must be told, a journey must unfold, a feeling must be felt, etc. This piece for me unfortunately, didn't provide any of these elements. When the song started, it just continued and I found myself waiting for a change but it never came...it was very repetitive and monotonous. It must move away from being monotone. The production...I liked the drum groove, decent sounds. The mix is fine, all instruments sit well within the mix and have their place. Vocals have too much effects as there were spots where I couldn't understand what the lyric said. There are some pitch problems in some areas. Perhaps back off on the verb. The rap section I liked...it broke up the monotony. Again I think approaching songwriting with a beginning, middle, and end in mind goes a long way to helping you convey your ideas. Its tough, but you must keep trying to create. That's how we get better. It takes guts to this and I wish you well in your journey.
