Thank You Review

Listening to this song If I could make any statement about it would be "Mission Accomplished ". Reason is because before the song was over I said "Thank You Jesus! " myself. Morgan has a nice voice and the lyrics were full of the word, real life situations and relevancy. I appreciate any song with those 3 ingredients in it, they always bring a return in satisfaction to the listeners.

Thank uuuuu

Nice to hear songs of Thanksgiving... the harmonies and vocals are great the start of the song seems really promising, then something for me drops, it may be the backing something missing or overly reliant on the synth to underpin your vocal. Which for me is drifting. The thank you's somewhere maybe to finish could have been Acapella. Bass and rhythm's is very good. something with the synth to try is banking it up doubling, or trebling the sound.

A feast for the spirit and the ears

Morgan Monk's recording of "Thank You" is a sincere song of thanks to the eternal God, for all the blessings already in hand, including many we overlook or take for granted. The vocals are creative and well-blended, and the overall balance in the mix is good. Morgan's lead vocal is pleasant, heartfelt, and talented. My favorite line in the lyrics is "Just open up your mouth, and let these two words out." It really is that simple, and that transformative. The one thing that bothers me about this recording is the rhythm guitar. Although the performance is good, it sounds to me like the instrument is out of tune. There is just no reason to play out of tune. It doesn't cost a penny to tune your instrument, and before laying down a recording, that's the most important time of all. Still enjoying Morgan Monk's work, and looking forward to hearing more.

Morgan Monk ... Thank You

Not sure about the introduction but love it when the vocals kick in bathing in the ear candy and like the round bass sound the double tracking on the backing singing and the main vocal is really impressive so I would recommend adding this to your easy listening play list .. a really good quality recording well produced .. so what are you waiting for press play and be prepared to be impressed by Morgan thanks for sharing all the best Stephen

Review on Thank You

Good morning Morgan. Ah yes, the appropriate response from a thankful heart to our loving Lord. Great music to carry this awesome message. it is nice and light, so that I can hear the words clearly. There is only one thing that I can see that might be added to this song; that would be the truth of God's promises to "continue" to supply us with what we need - that assurance that our future is also in His loving hands. May our Lord continue to bless and guide you, yours, and to those whom you minister to - further along in this sweet journey of the life that Father God has given us. :) Trev <):)

Thank You

If there is one thing we all fall short in, it's giving thanks to God for all He has done for us! This song of Morgan's does just that! Not only does "Thank You" have a great theme, the performance of it is wonderful! Morgan's voice is beautiful, the back-up harmonies are excellent, and the production couldn't be better! In my humble opinion, this song ought to be right up there with the very top Gospel songs in the Country! Thank you, Morgan Monk!!

In MY Opinion

Greetings, Thank you for choosing me to review your work, I count it an honor to be included in such a task. My hat is off to you and anyone willing to step out and share their gift, talent and love of music to the public. Be it a musician, singer, song writer, actor and so-on. I myself, via 40 some years of experience in the fields, on the road, in the studio, radio, TV, video, and management, consider myself to be a seasoned musician, singer, song writer, studio-sound tech/engineer/ owner/operator, stage manager, find it sometimes hard/difficult and perhaps not even fair to sit in a seat, voicing My Opinion concerning another's creative efforts. Especially in certain genres of music I am not all that familiar with concerning very important elements that make up and meet the required standards to justify the various levels of ratings and grades. So, in saying ALL that, I will limit myself to MY Opinion concerning the quality of the work according to My ears, and the standards I have been familiarized with thru-out the years. I hold to the old - saying " Beauty Is In The EAR of The Beholder ... LOL. The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the message in this song. Think about a music solo break to step away from vocals for a short period in future works. Vocals are smooth and natural, sort of - down to earth as they say, and extremely peaceful. The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way. Either way, I say to you, keep doing what you do, keep kicking and enjoying what you do. I tell folks all the time for many years. When it stops being FUN, then it's time to stop, and stand back and think about what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we are doing it, what we and others are getting out it. Is it what we want, and how we want it. IF NOT. what are willing to do from there? Thank you again for asking MY OPINION. Johnny

Hello. This song is SICK. I love this hook... Simple and true. I am also a quartet background singer. This background vocals are sweet, melodic, and smooth. If I had to compare your voice to someone, it would be India Irie (I think that's how you spell it). I absolutely love your voice and I have already listen to this song 4 times today. I appreciate you for making this track. It speaks to me and it encourages me to know that we should be thankful for everything God has bestowed upon us. Much success in the new year. Keep making uplifting and encouraging songs.

What can I say but that you have fantastic music and words. I can tell that you are led by the Holy Spirit with each song that you compose. You have a very beautiful voice. I hope when you get discovered and start traveling all over, that when you come through New York State, you will have me open for one of your concerts. God bless you in all that you do.
