To My Amazing Fans and Fellow Musicians,
Wow, what an incredible journey this has been so far! As I sit back and reflect on the growth of this community, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. With nearly 12,000 people in my network—95% of you being fellow musicians—it’s humbling to know that my music resonates with so many talented individuals. Every like, share, and connection represents someone who believes in what I do, and for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This milestone is more than just a number; it’s a testament to the power of music to unite, inspire, and create something beautiful together. But this is also a call to action—a reminder that the magic we’re building doesn’t happen without you.
I’m deeply appreciative of my standings, especially in Psychedelic Rock, a genre that challenges creativity and connects people on a soul-deep level. Every time you hit play, share a song, or talk about my work, you’re part of a movement that celebrates music as a force for change and joy. Yet, there’s still so much more we can accomplish together.
To keep this momentum going, I need your help. Whether you’re a fellow musician, a loyal listener, or someone new to my music, your support can be the push that takes us over the top. Here’s how you can make an impact today:
Stream and Share: If you’ve enjoyed my music, don’t keep it to yourself! Share your favorite track with your friends, family, and social media networks. You never know whose day you might brighten.
Hit That Like Button: It sounds small, but a simple like or follow on platforms like ReverbNation, Spotify, or wherever you listen helps my music reach a wider audience. Algorithms are funny that way—they work best when you show them you care.
Purchase and Support: If you really love what I do, consider buying a track or two. Each purchase is not just a financial boost but also a symbol of belief in my journey.
Spread the Word: Whether it’s telling your bandmates, adding a track to your playlist, or shouting out on social media, every recommendation counts.
One thing I’ve learned about miracles is that they don’t just happen—you make them happen. We’re in this together, and the energy, belief, and effort of this incredible community are what make it all possible. If you believe in the message behind my music—peace, joy, love, and the connection that comes from the soul—then let’s amplify it for the world to hear.
Thank you for being part of this dream and for bringing your own creativity, passion, and energy into this space. Let’s make this moment one for the history books!
With all my gratitude and love,

I want to take a moment to acknowledge and deeply appreciate the incredible outpouring of love and support I've been receiving from you all. Over 9,944 of you, and 90% are talented musicians from across the globe—each with their own unique sights and sounds to share with the world. That statistic alone amazes me, but what truly fills me with gratitude is the respect and encouragement you all have shown me along the way. I'm a little A-typical as such but in a good way. lol and to be embraced by so many gifted individuals who not only listen but also create is a feeling like no other. You are a part of something phenomenal, and together, we're building a network of creatives driven by passion and authenticity. It’s clear to me that this is not just a following—this is a community, and I’m honored to be in the midst of such talent.
Your creativity pushes me to dive deeper into my craft, to explore new boundaries, and to experiment with sound in ways I may never have tried without the inspiration you provide. Every message, every share, and every comment reminds me that music is more than just notes and rhythms—it’s a connection, a conversation between souls. You are the lifeblood of this connection.
As I continue to explore and grow in the realms of the Psychedelic, Funk, Blues, Jazz and other genres that have been incredibly fulfilling for me, your support amplifies my motivation to work a little harder each and every day. The respect I’m shown fuels the love I pour into every note and every lyric. It’s not just about making music—it’s about sharing an experience, a vibe, a story, and you all are the ones that make that possible.
I want to continue collaborating, learning, and growing with you all. Whether we’re creating together or simply sharing the beauty of sound, I’m beyond excited about what lies ahead. The potential for new collaborations and shared energy is limitless, and I can’t wait to see what we’ll create together.
Let’s keep pushing boundaries, spreading love, and making unforgettable music. Together, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for walking this path with me, for lifting me up, and for making this journey one filled with love, respect, and endless inspiration.
I want to take another moment to express my deepest gratitude to each of you who listen like,,,,,,everyday as your constant attention, caring, and sharing help make my world go around. You’re not just absorbing the music—you’re uniting people from all walks of life, creating connections that make this world a better place, one song at a time. Thats what I humbly want to contribute and bring forward. With your support and love please continue to inspire me, to keep pushing forward, knowing that together, we’re building something beautiful and impactful. Thank you for being a vital part of this journey and for helping spread love and positivity through music the great healer.
With gratitude and respect, this little small town country boy,,,,,,

Wow, talk about a sudden crescendo! Over the past 3 to 4 weeks, more than 3000 and growing incredible individuals, primarily fellow musicians, have joined my network. The question isn't so much "why?" but rather a heartfelt "thank you!" Thank you all for noticing Morris Taylor, for listening to my music, and above all, for joining my network. It seems I must be doing something right, and I'm absolutely thrilled by this overwhelming response.
To all my new musical mates: Welcome aboard this wild and harmonious ride! Whether you're here for the jams, the jokes, or just the general chaos, I'm thrilled to have you. It seems like the universe is tuning up for something big, and I can't wait to see what kind of magic we create together.
Is this the moment where I dramatically declare, "I've arrived"? Because it sure feels like something special is about to hit the high notes. Maybe I should invest in some sunglasses for all this upcoming spotlight glare.
Here's to hitting all the right notes and maybe even a few delightfully wrong ones. After all, the best music often comes from unexpected improvisation. So let's make some noise, create some unforgettable melodies, and maybe even start a revolution of rhythm!
Your support is not just a number on a screen; it’s a testament to the power of music to bring people together, to inspire, and to create a community. Over these past weeks, I’ve seen an incredible influx of talented musicians, each bringing their unique sounds, stories, and spirits to this ever-growing symphony. And to think, this is only the beginning.
For those who have just joined, let me give you a brief introduction. I’m Morris Taylor, a musician driven by passion, creativity, and a love for all things music. My journey has been a rollercoaster of melodies, harmonies, and rhythms, and I’ve poured my heart and soul into every note. Seeing so many of you resonate with my work is both humbling and exhilarating. It’s a reminder that music is a universal language, capable of crossing boundaries and connecting hearts.
Every musician knows the thrill of playing to an audience, the rush of a live performance, and the joy of seeing people moved by your music. But there’s something uniquely special about this virtual stage, where we can connect, collaborate, and create without borders. The last few weeks have shown me that this network is more than just a collection of individuals; it’s a community, a family, a band of like-minded souls who share a love for music.
To my new friends and followers, thank you for your trust and your enthusiasm. Thank you for your kind words, your shares, and your support. Your presence here means the world to me. I’m looking forward to getting to know each of you, to hearing your stories, and to finding ways we can make beautiful music together.
And to my long-time supporters, you’ve been with me through thick and thin, through high notes and low. Your unwavering support has been the backbone of my journey, and I’m grateful beyond words. This new wave of followers is as much a testament to your faith in me as it is to my music. Thank you for believing in me, for spreading the word, and for being the incredible community that you are.
Looking ahead, I’m filled with excitement and anticipation. There’s so much more to come, and I can’t wait to share it all with you. From new releases to live performances, from collaborations to behind-the-scenes glimpses into my creative process, there’s a lot on the horizon. I’m committed to making this network a place where we can all grow, learn, and create together.
Music is a journey, and it’s one that’s best traveled with friends. With over 3000 new companions on this path, the possibilities are endless. We’re on the brink of something extraordinary, and I’m honored to have each and every one of you with me.
So, let’s celebrate this moment, this milestone. Let’s make some noise, hit those high notes, and maybe even a few delightfully wrong ones. Because in music, as in life, it’s the unexpected moments that often lead to the most beautiful creations.
Here’s to the future, to the music, and to all of you. Thank you for joining me on this journey. Let’s create something amazing together.
So Gratefully Thankfully lol,,,

I hope this message finds you all in great health and high spirits. Today, I feel a deep sense of gratitude and reflection, and I want to share some personal insights with all of you standing by me on this incredible musical journey. Your unwavering support has been the foundation upon which I’ve built this incredible dream that is inching closer by the days, and I am profoundly thankful. As the years have passed, I've been privileged to witness the growth of our music family. What began as a small group of passionate listeners has blossomed into a vibrant, supportive community. Your positive feedback and encouragement have been a constant source of inspiration, driving me to push the boundaries of my music and creativity. Recently, I’ve been fortunate enough to connect with fellow musicians who share the same passion and dedication. The camaraderie and friendly competition within this network of talented artists have been awe-inspiring. Being part of such a dynamic group continuously motivates me to reach new heights and explore uncharted territories in my music. For those of you who aren’t musicians but find joy in listening to my work, your presence in our community is equally cherished. Your enjoyment and support make this journey all the more rewarding. Knowing that my music resonates with you and brings joy to your lives is a source of immense happiness for yours truly. As I look forward to 2024, there's a phrase that keeps echoing in my mind: "be careful what you wish for Morris". Navigating this thrilling phase of my career has brought newfound attention and growing expectations. It’s both exhilarating and daunting. Yet, I remain committed to creating music that is authentic and true to myself. One thing has become clear: I have to play live. Now on that note? I need people. At least a Bass and Drums to start and we will Rock Baby!!!!!!! What I get is” You want to be Jimi and us to be “the Experience” and we just not gonna do it. Lol. To that I say respectfully, why be just as good as someone is what I have told some folks. Lol. Just curious. To my fellow musicians. Are you all having problems getting at least two people to play in a band? I understand it’s hard to find the right people but wow. I am in need of strong and bold management. Where’s a Chas Chandler? Lol. I am planning to rock this World Like No Other, Several Times Over!!!!!!!!This brings me to admit this to you all that it’s just been so difficult to find people to play with me leading me to severe depression and I just implode with all this music bouncing around in my head. I am either seriously tone deaf, or I got something really special going on here. Lol. I can only imagine what would happen if I could find and play in a “BAND”. I’m sorry, but I had to say that. So respectfully I do what I can by myself. Remember no man is an island. You need with someone share. The energy and connection that comes from live performances are irreplaceable. Please don’t feel sorry for me because it’s my fault and no one else. And I do have a very strong online presence all around the World. I just gotta play and take it to the stage. With your continued support, I am determined to stay grounded and focused on the music that brought us together. I promise to keep pushing myself, exploring new horizons, and staying true to my roots. I am immensely grateful for the journey we’ve shared so far and for the adventures that lie ahead. Together, we can conquer any challenge and celebrate every triumph. Thank you for being an integral part of my life and music. Please feel free to talk to me. You all give me so many ideas to bring forward.
All my love, peace, and happiness to each and every one of you,

Hey there, amazing souls!
First off, let me just say, WOW! What a journey it's been, and I'm beyond grateful to each and every one of you for joining me on this wild ride. Seriously, the fact that we're all here, together, supporting each other's passion for music, it's nothing short of magical. Sometimes I think that more and more people are getting to know my name. There are so many high caliber musicians in my network that I have to admit that I have a place on stage with the best of the best and I’m truly honored to stand with such qualified eyes and ears. Hey I see you all and you all rock. And just as much, to the people that enjoy listening to all the different genres that help them go though the days of the week and so on and so on. I see every one of those likes and shares. These days your inputs add to the algorithms that make the pennies turn to the nickels to the dimes to quarters. So every bit helps and I support artist as well. I say again that talking with you all is especially fun and interesting. One time this guy told me after a gig and says Hey Morris, (they used to call me little Jimi too I thought that was so cool lol) You play so fast that I can't hear it sometimes. " That really stuck with me so I gotta remind myself to slow up sometimes lol. As such at times what I do is during a solo I'll be way out there for a measure or so,,and respectfully cause when I want to play fast....lol...It's like BLBLBLBLBLBLBLBLBLBLBL if you will, lol and them come back down for a measure with the bass, drums and keys whatever. Then guess what,,,I'll get froggy again!!!!!!!!!....lol..... Another thing is that I have played so much by myself that I am always crossing overing and blending the tracks in my riffs and pops, and pings, and pows, if you can imagine. I don’t play just a regular song tracks at times. It’s like I’m thinking ahead in time and thinking about that note I'm about to hit is a few measures, then time the windup to start bringing along lessons learned reaching and passing thru the doors of this labor of love along the way.
Now let’s address the Elephant in the room can we? I mean I'm 68 now and I ask myself, who make's it at 68? Then I look at what I have left to bring to the stage and honestly, I can't do the pelvic stands like I used to. I mean I had a really tough pelvic stand too...sorry ya'll, you gotta take my word for it for the most part but if I get my second knee replacement,,,1,2,3,LOOKOUT!!!!! Lol. And playing now for over 50 years I find still find myself with a pretty solidly strong hand strength as I practice chording and exercise my palms and fingers. Also realistically I'm looking to do what I do in more or less 3 years to lay it all out there so we can film it and bring it home to enjoy for generations to come. That’s a lot in a nutshell I know Huh? Lol. So to answer the question, "who makes it at 68"? lol....Well I’m thinking,,,,,Morris Taylor can. lol...That's right..I said it, I meant it, and I'm here to represent it too. lol. And I have to show everyone just how I much I appreciate the support to everyone that passes my music on to other's and please continue to do so. And stand by, in addition to adding See You Running, Long Way Home and now DOOM THE BOMB which thankfully are doing very well in the Funk and Psychedelic Rock Charts are telling me I must be doing something right. Tascam and I can do anything I want. Makes me want to laugh like a mad scientiist. Hahahahahahahahah....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. Let me just say, the possibilities are endless!,
So, to all of you incredible souls who have been spreading the word, sharing my music with others, and cheering me on from the sidelines, I want to express my deepest gratitude. Be it known, You are the heartbeat of this musical journey, and I couldn't do it without each and everyone of you. As we continue to ride this wave of inspiration and creativity, I invite you to stand by for what lies ahead. Together, we're writing the next chapter of this incredible adventure, and I have a feeling it's going to be nothing short of legendary.
I’ve been saying this lately to a lot of you. My music respectfully like “the soup of the day” same as “song of the day”, is best served and shared with friends.

Song: See You Running
Overall Impression
Texas-based recording artist Morris Moon Taylor serves up a heaping helping of deep Southern fried funk, with his original release of "See You Running." This mid tempo track features a hazy psychedelic sound and a substantial groove that's sure to get audiences up on their feet. Taylor's lyrics explore the subtle dichotomy between patience and urgency, his vocals delivered with animalistic elegance and produced in a smoky, nebulous fashion that gives off a wonderfully vintage vibe. Funk and psychedelic soul fans do not want to miss out on the retro goodness and creative brilliance of Morris Moon Taylor's "See You Running."
Strongest Point(s)
Solid production, decent mix for a DIY project. Fantastic energy, straight off the top with the breakbeat. Compelling arrangement, excellent song structure. Love the turnaround at approximately 2:10. Terrific groove, great bass line. Will definitely get butts shaking. Nice vintage synth tones. Great vocal style and delivery, though the clarity is lacking. The lyrics themselves are both enlightened and thought-provoking, imparting wisdom upon the listener. All in all, it's a tremendous song, great groove and a fine track that just needs a little production polish.
Target Audience Appeal
Fans of Funk, Soul, RnB, Psychedelic Soul

Happy Greetings Everyone!!!!!!!!
I hope this message finds you groovin' to the beats of life! I'm here to share some exciting updates about my upcoming CD, "Somewhere, Someway, Somehow Someday." Your support has been the wind beneath my musical wings, and I can't wait to take you on this new sonic journey.
But wait, there's more! I've got a little surprise for you - a collaboration that's been in the works and is now ready to hit your ears. Joining forces with the incredibly talented Johnny Mutt, we've cooked up a track named "Long Way Home." Johnny brought his A-game to the table, not just engineering the piece but also laying down some fantastic bass, killer guitar tracks, and a full effect drummer Bucket Milam that'll make your heart race. And, of course respectfully, the icing on the cake: Morris Taylor, our Denton troubadour, contributed some mind-bending PSYCHO-delicic leads and lent his vocals to the mix. (Johnny says).
Now, Johnny had some choice words about "Long Way Home" on his end, calling it "Just another nut that fell out of the tree." Well, let me tell you, this nut has some serious flavor! I've sprinkled in my guitar work and vocals to make it a bounce around in your head between the ears lol. Johnny has graciously shared the spotlight, listing it on his N1M account The Euro Mutts with our combined credit. Show some love and grab it from his page if you haven't already!
But that's not all! I've also dropped a new track for you to enjoy while we wait for the full album release. "See You Running (Funk)" and "Long Way Home (Psychedelic)" are the tasty appetizers to get you in the mood. These tunes give you a sneak peek into the eclectic sounds you can expect from "Somewhere, Someway, Somehow Someday."
I'm beyond thrilled with how these collaborations have turned out, and I hope you find as much joy in listening to them as we did creating them. Your continued support means the world to me, and I can't wait to share the full album with you soon.
Stay funky, stay psychedelic, and most importantly, stay tuned!
All my Love, Peace and Happiness,
