frozen love...exactly!!!!

I really enjoyed this song it is very reminiscereminiscen of some of the love songs and ballads making there on the air these days....The lead singers voice is very convincing that puts you right in the middle of both there feelings and the current emotions depicting the circumference of the song itself...Feeling a depiction of great depth, it also causes us to reflect on things we may have experienced taking us back for a moment or two while we enjoy the songs repeated use of character thru its symbolic heavy beat...

Frozen Love by Moscato

Frozen Love by Moscato is an emotional song well delivered by the vocalist and with an effective use of double tracking on the vocals. There is a relentless rhythm that pulses throughout the song and this fits well with the theme of the song. The opening of the track has a string quartet feel and I would have enjoyed the same feel on the outdo as the string sound bounces off the vocals very nicely. The guitar work is also understated. All in all an enjoyable listen.

Thawed by those melodies

Very nice sound. Great vocal recording with a nice use of double tracking for the harmonies instead of a delay. I like how the song slowly builds in intensity using very shuttle changes that most listeners would never realize they are hearing. It's a good recording, but the mix could use a little work to bring out the guitar a little more. There is not enough separation between the verse and chorus change is too suttle. Drums could fix this, and there could be a note or two from guitar to highlight the chorus after you sing frozen love. Example frozen love( la la la la la la guitar) frozen love, frozen love (la la la la) frozen love (la la la la la la la la) verse

OK NICE HAUNTING INTRO AND CHORD CHOICES THE FEMALE VOCALIST IS CHANNELLING A LOT OF INFLUENCES IN THIS SONG ECHOES OF MADONNA,GWEN STEFANI,SHADE I KEPT WANTING THE SONG TO BREAK OUT OF THE VERSE CHORUS PATTERN AND HAVE A LEAD SOLO OR A BRIDGE CHANGE THE TRACK MOVES ALONG QUITE WELL WITH GOOD PRODUCTION AND ATMOSPHERE IS A LITTLE ON THE DARK SIDE LYRICALLY BUT WILL NO DOUBT APPEAL TO THE MOURNFULL

Love the feel!

Nice song, simple chord structure but effective. I also like the juxtaplay of the minor vs. major 7th in the 5 chord. Lyrics are good, and I believe this has a lot of promise. If you were to add a bridge or instrumental with a change in chord structure, it would add more texture. Good job!

Frozen Groove

A well produced and well recorded song. Crystal clear Guitar work and good use of percussion. Vocals are sufficiently melancholic to convey the sentiment and feeling of the song. However, it was either very clever - or coincidental - that the song actually goes nowhere. In other words - it is frozen in the same groove and rhythm and never changes from start to finish. If it was intentional - brilliant! I would have suggested a Middle eight section to spruce up the song and to liven things up a bit, as it became monotonous and started to get boring. However, if keeping the song "frozen in time" was your intention to add greater emphasis to the meaning of the song - it is a stroke of sheer genius and I take my hat off to you (if I actually was wearing a hat, of course). Keep up the good work.

This would be a wonderful song for a soundtrack

the ethereal feel of this conjures images of travel, walking, introspective scenes...this should be presented to TV and Movies...very nice...mood setting. Soundtrack work is a very secure area once introduced....follow the lead of Danny Elfman (Oingo Boingo) and he went from a very popular southern California group, to one of the premier soundtrack geniuses....I could see your group in this vein.

I just feel I've lost someones passion

This songs builds beautifully. Nice guitar sound. When the vocal comes in it works very well with the instrumental mood. Although a dark song the lyrics and vocal sounds work very well together to give the listener the Frozen Love feeling. I'm not a great fan of two chord songs without much vocal range to temper it but with this song it's the perfect mix. I give this song 4 stars. Good job!

Really nice song. Very sweet aswel. The music sounds good and modest, carries the voice real nicely. The female voice reminds me of Moon Safari (Air). I have a bit problems whit the recordings. This could be a bit better i guess, like using compressors. Like i said, the music is real good and if you put some more attention to the recording it will become a lot better and hopefully reach a bigger audience.

Frozen love : Sweet atmosphere

Good voices and nice general sound. I think this song can obtain public appreciation in next future. Sound charachteristics near to the best folk singers that inspired us in the past years.

This is a song from my favorite artist on N1M... and I'm very much a fan. Here I only must say that the song needs something additional to just bring it to the next level. Obviously a deep cut on an album, but I sometimes love those the best. What's awesome about this band is they are perfect for a background soundtrack to your life. Moscato does that perfectly, and they are so easy to listen to over and over again. Here, there's a beautiful song but it's just missing something, perhaps a bridge, maybe a modulation to increase intensity? ... but still an awesome melody and vocal performance, as always. Love you Guys

A groove to be stuck in...

Moscato brings us Frozen Love, a lovelorn ballad with deep tones and energy. From a listener's perspective I am leaning on edge waiting for the break and lift into the next phase of the song. But from a producer's perspective I realize that the emotional breach is never achieved and it takes far too long for that realization to come true. There are so many things that could have been done to the percussive aspect that could have driven this song over the top with energy. Those were opportunities untaken.

Slow and nice

I really like the way this track is moving along. Slow and nice. Or to be more excact...plodding along. Nothing much happens in terms of progression, and it is for the most part held together by the female vocals. The drum track, that by the way is way to boring, should have been brought more forward in the mix to give the song a little more edge. Well that is my conclution anyway. Hope it works out for you :-) Cheers

Keep It Up.

Very pretty song. The production and instrumentation is very good just the right levels. Vocals clearly heard. I really like the harmonies on this song. Hope to hear more awesome stuff by you, keep up the great work!

Less is More

A good song. In my opinion a little over produced. Too many choirs. The song would be more attractive when it was played with just the guitar and one lead singer. Also a loose tempo and natural tempo variations would do it good. The guitar playing is creative.

a nice start to this track with a nice guitar riff, hints of Radiohead maybe? Beautiful clear voice, nice tone and in good pitch, not forced or false, very good pop/soul voice. Slightly predictable lyrics at the beginning with lots of usual cliches used throughout. There's a good use of string sounds and secondary vocals, all of which seem to be recorded and mixed well. I would like to have heard more guts, soul or passion in this track, it should be a powerful ballad but the fact that it doesn't really ever take off leaves it a bit lacking. Having said that, I liked it, good work.
