Mi ciudad, a pesar de haber vivido una época de gran actividad cultural y nocturna, hace ya años que perece víctima de la mala gestión de instituciones, que han dejado de lado cualquier inicativa al respecto, por lo que quienes tienen la valentía de emprender nuevas propuestas a nivel cultural y de ocio, buscan otros destinos. Así, mi ciudad se ha convertido en una CIUDAD DORMIDA por la inoperancia de quienes permiten o no el desarrollo cultural.
My city, despite having lived through a period of great cultural and nocturnal activity, has for years been a victim of mismanagement of institutions, which have left aside any initiative in this regard, so that those who have the courage to undertake new cultural and leisure proposals, seek other destinations. Thus, my city has become a SLEEPED CITY because of the ineffectiveness of those who allow or not cultural development.
