All it took was a classmate friendship with the son of a night club owner ,and by one keyboard instructor's negative outlook on life to turn Muki Munah's around. Instead of listening to this random stranger he found in a phonebook, he listened to his internal drive and went for it. Now he's well on his way with a career as a hip-hop artist with hype reggaeton beats,afro beat,listeners can hear on his latest single, "One Hundred Dollar Bill"
Music was always the path Muki Munah was (expired link) he was expose to music at the age of (expired link) classmate and friend's father owns a night club with a live band,which Muki Munah and his friend frequently visited for different reason,and at some point he stated collecting cassette (expired link) he sail this journey,he was also a beloved and celebrated business owner in his native, Africa. His flower shop served his community for years but there was something in the back of Muki's head that insisted he push more towards his music career. With that, he started hanging out with local musicians around his hometown. After some time he wanted to do more with his music and sought out the help from fellow artists. He opened the phonebook and found a keyboardist and made a call. The meeting sort of set the tone for what was to come for Muki Munah.
Muki Munah and his friend often go to the club and watch the band as they practice in the evenings on week days. and on weekends they will go early in the morning to the club to check, if they can find some money on floor, that drop from customers the previous night ,before the cleaning crew show up. After that Yellow Page Keyboardist told Muki Munah that while he may be a good musician, the likelihood of recording an album was not likely. Fast forward to today and he has more than proved that naysayer wrong as he has four albums, and working on the fith,three EPs and almost a dozen singles including his latest, "One Hundred Dollar Bill." On top of all of that, he's relocated from his hometown in Africa to Tampa, Florida.
Now in the US Muki Munah has taken it upon himself to grow his name from the ground up. Along with his numerous releases, like FOR THE PRINCRSS, which talk about man showing love to a woman, a song like PARTY PARTY, and a song like ,MONALISA that any DJ need to get any party started, and a song like, MONALISA, which talk about the fight between a rich man and a poor man over a woman. he's hit the pavement in terms of performing. Muki has been on a variety of stages that include Super D's Nightclub to Skipper's Smokehouse and The Pegasus (expired link) Star Dive Bar. Each and every time he's impressed with his full-blown energy and originality.
Born overseas ,Africa,and introduce to live performance at an early age of eight ,and with a collection of cassette tapes to spark his interest in music, Muki Munah put that on hold for years. He initially blossomed in the floral realm with his flower shop, but years later went for it in terms of following his musical dreams. After being told he'd never release an album as a keyboardist, he was determined to prove to himself that he could do anything. Today he's living and performing in Florida with over half a dozen records to his name proving that he could do it and go beyond expectations
