Nurran is name of forest where I come from and long for
Nurran is a song that speaks for trees the water they give us the air breathe.
I wrote this song to deal with sadness and disappointment in seeing our water catchment clearfell logged We protested but lost We had to witnessed this distruction it was sad crazy time
Writing Nurran help me deal with this it helped me move on .
Nurran is one of my favourite songs it's a powerful song for me

Founding member Ruth loves writing songs and loves seeing people having fun while sharing our new tunes.
While running musical cafe Morganics East Gippsland musicians regularly gathered we had lots of fun that's whit mumma and the morganics.
This is how Duncan lead guitarist and Ruth got together who teamed up up with Matt Hickey Bass guitar Nick Fischer drumer guitarist and Robbie Beel on percussion.
We have just recorded a debut album at Snowy River Studio
Recently releasing 11 new songs on on line platforms that will ya rock socks !!!
