World traveler, she collaborated as a performer and composer with a diverse collection of artists. A few of them include the French singer SOAN (winner of the TV show “Nouvelle Star” in 2009), with whom she collaborated on his 3rd album, "Sens interdits", Israel’s renowned pop singer DIN DIN AVIV, with whom she toured as an accordionist and singer all around Israel, Belgium and Mexico and the emerging band from Mexico City, CASA VERDE COLECTIVO, with whom she recorded their debut album, “Aqui y Ahora”, released in 2012 and toured extensively around the country and across Europe. She also worked as a composer and performer in Italy with the company “ELAN Frantoyo” and their director Firenza Guidi in 2010 for three different productions. Since 2013, she now lives in Mumbai, India, where she has already collaborated with a variety of artists such as Fazal Qureshi, Hariharan, Indus Creed and Nikhil D'Souza.

Mynah started her musical journey on the piano when she was 5. Rigorous classical training throughout college and University in Montreal (Canada) gave her the capacity to serve her own creativity. Mynah explores the intimacy of the voice and piano and her songs contains echoes of her travels, in with hints of different cultures that colour her songs as if they were stories. Her melodies strongly reflect her love for the Middle East while her way of treating harmony is rooted in jazz. Her love of minimalism sometimes gives a folky flavour to her songs and her unconventional approach to structure brings them closer to progressive rock. Beyond stereotypes and labels, Mynah Marie’s music is a call from one heart to another, a reminder of what unites us all as human beings, beyond borders and differences, a collection of memories that she passes on to the listener, softly, opening the door to a world of wonders because, after all, everyone likes to dream.
