Just Thanks: A Conversation With Nature
In today's time, we fall victim too often to distraction. Life has become virtual and is no longer in the process of becoming it. People have chosen sides and, simply true, so have I. Some decisions were not meant to be made, other perspectives have become central to the way we craft our own, and sometimes I struggle to understand more than I can bear to witness. The gem in the sand here is that change, happened. We're always going to have to change, but the bliss of experience in the field always comes after growing pains, and continues to develop infinitely. It feels like, for the first time, as a society, real better times are ahead, and that's something everyone can appreciate, no matter what.
Like most my age, I can't figure this shit out for the life of me, but I'll be damned if I don't try to do more than my part while I have the clear chance to. This year I became a father. Well actually, my daughter just turned one 2 days ago, but it feels right to say I became a father this year. I got to see her for a little while that morning. I remembered what it felt like to be on a stage and engage an audience this year. Yesterday, actually. I remember the beauty of things. I don't know if this whole thing was set up, or if it is harsh, but the timing on how things have been playing out is a little too clever not to notice, I feel.
I hope you've enjoyed this message. It feels good to be good for you. We are the pioneers of better days, and that's all inclusive.
