I have been so inspired this week to write since my last performance at the Salvage Station here in Asheville, NC. I hadn't played a gig in over a year as I was dedicated to my boyfriend and his 8 year old son, nursing school and writing my book. The boyfriend went to crap and ended up in jail for Assault On A Female, (me), I'm in a Domestic Violence Women's Shelter in an undisclosed location awaiting his trial at the end of April. All of this has given me plenty to draw inspiration from. My unbridled gratitude to all of you who have supported this new venture of mine on N1M! Because of you, "Northern Star" has shot to #14 in the Acoustic Category in NC. I have so many new songs that need to be recorded and that is my wish for the day. To find a way to make that happen so that I can share my life through music with you all.
