Nashville Country

Hey Folks,
Not too long ago Nashville Country released their fourth album, "From the Bottom Up." We have also had well over one million plays. We really appreciate that you continue to listen and support our music. We write Traditional Country Music, Christian and Christian Country, Bluegrass, Americana, and Celtic. If you like to hear a fusion of sound, with Country as the primary influence please continue to listen to the music of Nashville Country.
Recently, our songs have been recorded by other talented artists life Juke Johnson, Paul DeMarco (North Wales), and vocalists, Amber Louise from South Africa, and Paolamadelaine from Argentina. We've been added to several radio stations and have made the Top 25 playlist on (expired link).
We're working on our fifth album which will be out shortly. I couldn't be happier because we just continue to love making music, I truly enjoy the connections I have made with so many of you here on N1M. I've made some wonderful friends and am always impressed with the quality of the talent with the folks I meet.

Hello Everyone,
Nashville Country just released our third album, entitled, God's Gracious Love. This one is very special and has many different elements and influences of Contemporary/Country Christian. You will recognize Traditional Country, as well as Celtic Influences. There is also a wonderful song, Nature's Freedom that recognizes the Indian Culture (Native American) and the church of Mother Earth, that is a reflection of my work within the Indian Community. My own roots are Irish American, and so the Celtic influence will often shine through the music. The interweaving of bluegrass elements is another presence in this album, that first and foremost is our way to recognize praise. William, Sandi, and I included Gospel/Spiritual music in the songs Safely Home and He Comforts Me and these ones will bring you to church. You will find aspects of traditional and contemporary hymns that represent a multitude of ways to praise God. In these trying times, it is important to remember that God's love is gracious, and that he is ever present and with us. Hi Folks,
Just wanted to let you know about our most recent album, Country Wise Tales. This one is especially fun, and has some straight up bluegrass, along with country. You might notice some Celtic influence in a couple of the songs, which isn't really too much of a stretch given my background. We have another song to honor our veterans and always like to keep them visible for all they have given. There are also a couple of just plain fun, upbeat songs. Anyway, take a listen and let us know what you think.
We are working on the next album, which will be a Christian Contemporary/Gospel album. We believe that the spiritual connection fuels our music. Stay tuned and I am certain you will enjoy that music. Nashville Country is a trio of musicians dedicated to making music that is uplifting and offers encouragement. Their story songs examine life events that most of us have experienced, and they share them in the form of song. Dr. Clare Steffen, The lyricist in the group has created a deck of cards to explore message music, that can be used to start conversations with friends, family, or anyone interested in music and the tales of life stories. Music evokes emotions, and the five themes of message music can be found in most songs of any genre. This affordable card deck is fun and can also be used by teachers, therapists, and anyone who works with people. They are small and fit in your pocket, and for a small amount, you’ll have lots of fun.

Nashville Country is putting the finishing touches on our second album and is working on our third which will be a Christian Country/Gospel album. We have been enjoying recognition locally, regionally, nationally and globally due to your ongoing support. We are so grateful for your encouragement of our music. We continue to promote message music that offers encouragement, spiritual connection, and mindful living that can be found in all genres of music including Americana, Bluegrass, and Country along with other genres. In this video, Dr. Clare Steffen discusses Message Music and promotes the idea that messages of healing can be found in all genres of music. Dr. Steffen presents The Wheel of Emotions (Plutchik, 2002 & 2011) in this brief discussion on emotion and music. The five themes of Message Music are:
1) love, 2) empowerment, 3) freedom, 4) forgiveness, and 5) acceptance. Examples of songs that fit these universal themes are considered with encouragement to consider other songs that connect to the wheel of emotions and the five themes of Message Music.

Thanks for you support, hope you are enjoying our music. We recently released Americana Patch Quilt and I will uploading more of the songs from this album. We are busy working on our next album, and I am hopeful you will also enjoy these songs. We attempt to bring songs that bring a message of love, hope, and encouragement. I have been involved with a movement, Message Music to use music as a way to connect and bring unity. I think most of us experiences losses in life, and can benefit from the relief that music offers.
