This summer we hit the Yorktown,VA Beach for Beach Yoga!! We meet every Saturday at 8:00am - 9:00am. Bring a large towel to practice on. Find us on the beach across from Larry's Lemonade.

My last update is the release of two e-books. Bed Yoga. Movement you can do in bed before you start your day. I wrote this 11 years ago and lost the original file after a major system crash.

My second work of the mind is a 21 Day Program entitled 21 Days to the Unbreakable You. If you find it hard to stick to your goals or are struggling with emotional strongholds or addictions this program is for you. It includes links to videos and meditations. Website is currently under construction. Downloads will be available soon.

I hope you enjoy the previews. Catch us at the beach soaking up lots of vitamin D this summer until late August.

I hope everyone is ready for the change of season. I am so pleased to announce my third project is now available and ready to bless your ears, your space and your life! I poured my heart and soul into this one. I was called here to do this work through sound. This project was inspired by my experience with the Art of Japanese Foresting. The photos were taken in an actual wooded area (not photo shopped). Here's a little of the description of what you will experience...

In this project I call my third child, you will find a guide for breathing using music. Many guided meditations for relaxation and my favorite of all is Track 5 which is one that came to me in the middle of the night. I got up to write in and felt this call from the universe landed on my pillow and into my notebook and thus the final trip which landed me into the studio. I entitled the track: Guided Light Travel. it is a mental journey that was written to help those who are in transition or looking to find where they belong or looking to find work that meets their soul purpose.

The last track (#8) entitled Keep Calm and Be Mindful is an instrumental designed to open the listener to all the many senses we use to access creativity. I hope it inspires and uplifts all who listen. (I have attached Track 1 entitled The Aversions of The Mind).
